Place my order thru Applebee's website. Called the store only to find out Door Dasher cancelled my order. I had to call door... dash sat on the phone for 10 minutes only to be told that a new dasher was enroute to pickup my order. Order arrived andeverything is COLD!! Read more
Food was good but the employees kept spraying bleach on tables while we were eating. Gave me and my friend a headache. Very... unappealing / unappetizing!!!!!! Try using some other disinfect during business hours and bleach at close of business. Read more
We came in at a busy time for a celebratory meal. The manager Lucio was hosting and serving. There was only one other server on.... Two tables became impatient and left before they were even asked about drinks. We received our appetizers five minutes beforeour meal. Service took longer than expected but the meals we had were delicious. If this manager would have abided by thestaffs availability, he wouldn't have lost 5-6 people in a matter of a couple of months. Expecting others to cover call-ins andno shows he lost my daughter. She loved her job, but not management and their lack of retention. Read more
I have Celiac Disease and the waiter was great about asking clarifying questions to ensure my safety. Ordered the ribs and... fries(they're in a dedicated fryer). My god when they call them fall off the bone ribs they really mean it, absolutelydelicious???? Read more
Needed something familiar that was close to the freeway. Food was served quickly and hot. I truly enjoyed my meal. Albeit, I was... not very hungry. Service was mediocre, at best! Price was pretty steep, but then again they are steep almost anywhere. My onlytrue complaint was that our server was not that good. He was covering the kitchen, bar and tables. I was surprised by thatbecause they had a ridiculously large amount of staff working. Why was one guy doing so much? How in the world did they staff somany people? You know exactly what you are going to get with Applebee's, and this particular location was no exception. The service was... great. The food was great, (obviously I ordered the 4 cheese mac n cheese, its the best thing on the menu). Couldn't ask foranything more. You don't go to Applebee's expecting a "fine dining" experience, you go because you want inexpensive food, andthis was exactly that! Read more

My mom and I came in for a quick dinner at Applebees. The experience was great except for the hostess. We came into the... restaurant and stopped at the empty host stand. No big deal, we waited for a couple minutes and the hostess came over to us. Sheimmediately said ?it?s a 10 minute wait?. No smile. No greeting. Didn?t even look at us, just looked down at her desk andcontinued writing something. My mom and I stood there for a moment wondering if she was talking to us. When she actually turnedto look at us and we realized she was in fact talking to us. We said we were okay with the wait and sat down. We also noticedthat she didn?t take down names for the groups that were there or anything else. When she was ready to seat people she justpointed to a group of people waiting and said ?I can take you?. Everything else was great. Food was delicious and servers werevery nice. I?m not super picky with restaurants since I have worked in one for several years (server and host), but as a hostessyou should always acknowledge people who come in and a simple greeting and smile is important to have for patrons.
