They didn't have carside open which was disappointing. Had to wait in lobby about 10 minutes on a mobile order placed 30... minutes earlier. With the GPS they have on the app is expect it to be ready a bit faster? Food was good as always, so I guessworth the wait. Read more
Staff was excellent and attentive. Couldn't see out the windows, giant signs blocking the view of the falling snow.
The person on the speaker at the drive through did great with a greeting and was just ordering a frosted lemonade. The guy at... the window said "what's your name" and "receipt? " and nothing else to me. Was busy talking to the team behind him and when Ireached for my drink was literally pushing it past my hand into the suv. As soon as I was able to get a hold of it he turned hisback and was talking with the rest of the crew with his back to the window. At any other fast food place this wouldn't even besomething I worried about but I like to think chick-fil-a is better. They normally all have a greeting and a smile and arepleasant. Not tonight. But the frosted lemonade was still tasty so can't say I won't be back. Read more
I ordered the Market salad through the drive thru. A few vehicles in front of me but we kept moving and when I got to the window... a lovely boy greeted me with a wonderful smile and said my name. He was so happy that if you were down you couldn?t help butfeel better. Paid and I was on my way. I?ve had a lot of salads in my 75 years and this Market salad was awesome. This Chick-fil-A was amazing! The past few times I?ve gotten chicken minis at other places they have not been very good, but... today at this Chick-fil-A they were great :-) the chicken was hot the bread was soft and a honey butter was plentiful! I ordered the 8 piece chicken nuggets after hearing other people rave about them and not wanting a huge bun. They were hot,... juicy, and crispy, but also very small. Honestly, they seemed like random odd pieces they cut off chicken intended forsandwiches. I appreciate that they were real chicken, but they were mostly breading. They seemed pretty overpriced for what Igot. I was happy to see that they offered healthier options as well (fruit salad and kale salad), but again, they were quitepricey. I couldn't justify spending that much when I could eat similar foods for less at home. Read more
