Fishbones has been around for a number of years and continues to get better and better. Especially if you love New Orleans style... cajun / creole food. We had voodoo fondue with the backend shrimp topping appetizer, which was amazing. We also had thecrawfish bisque. I had the cup size of the bisque, and it also didn't disappoint. It was also just enough to fill you up. Theyhave daily specials, and today was taco Tuesday. I had the Grouper tacos Fishbones way, and they were absolutely the best fishtacos I've ever had. My waiter was Ricky. He was super friendly and quick to serve. A+ service! I got the 1/2lb of crawfish. The Crawfishwas... already pealed and cocktail sauce did not have enough horseradish so it tasted more like ketchup but the crawfish tail weresautéed to perfection, so honestly didn’t even need the cocktail sauce. Buttery, herby, delicious. The jambalaya ya-ya wasto die for. From the first bite it feels like the flavors are dancing in your mouth. They serve this dish with a giant piece ofbread and with reason, the sauce from the jambalaya, you’d drink it straight from the bowl, if you didn’t have bread to dipit in. It’s that good! Love Love Love! One of my favorite restaurants! The grouper entree was to die for along with the blackened grouper strips as an... app. Can never have too much seafood! I can ALWAYS make room for bread pudding, but this one isn't my favorite. A little toomuch chocolate for my liking. I wish they'd change up the flavors every once in a while.
