I go to this drive through in the early mornings on my way to work for a diet coke. The woman that passes out the food (shorter... lady with dark hair) is one of the most charming people I have met. Her smile brightens my day. Each morning she greets with a"Happy Monday" (Tues ect). I don't know her name but I look forward to seeing her each day. Picked up a frappe. The problem past the breakfast hours is that the wait is usually long. I've made decisions not to stop... based on the line waiting to get served. It's unfortunate because this is more from the inability to have more workers. So theline is understood but sometimes it's hard to wait 20 plus minutes to get food or drink. Read more

First, I just have to say the morning staff is absolutely lovely. They a courteous, warm, and givr great customer service. If... you visit afternoon or night though, it is a completely different story. Missing items, upcharging for things I didnt order, andeven complete wrong orders. I even called to fix it when i ended up with someone else's order. I was told that they couldn't doa refund, but I could come and "drop the managers name" to get a comped meal to make up for it. When I arrived next time, I wastold thats they don't do that and I need a physical meal voucher. There seems to be no communication. Tonight, I arrived at thedrive thru 15 minutes before close with no answer. After waiting almost 5 minutes with no response, I gave up. As I was drivingaway, I could see the woman in the druve thru who ignored me on her phone. In the end, if you plan on coming here, only comeduring breakfast. My girlfriend placed a pickup order that I went to go pick up. The app wouldn't let her check in because it said she wasn't... there due to her location services telling the app she was at home. So they then say that they don't have our order, that theycan't give me my order with the order code I was given. Then I asked to speak with their supervisor and they told me thesupervisor told them to tell me that they couldn't give me my order. Then they told me that they weren't going to speak with meanymore. I'm sorry, I was upset, but now you have stolen money from us by refusing to give me our food and not even offering torefund us. I work in food service and this is unacceptable. This is the one of the only McDonald's that has a consistently working ice cream machine. To those with a simple taste in ice... cream and who pass through the area often (like my dad), it is a godsend. Everything else is the same mediocre experience youhave at any McDonald's. Read more

Had some of the freshest fries I have ever had. We stopped there on our way to vacation destination for food, restroom and to... let the dogs out. Glad we choose this spot there is an area to let your dog out to do their thing. Read more

I enjoy using the app for deals and appreciate that there was, at some point, the addition of a second drive thru lane to try to... increase traffice flow, but ... service is slow when busy and they are frequently busy. Staff seems fine and well managed justinfrastructure needs ... something. I'll be back when the craving calls but will budget time for how slow things currently are. Read more
