Employees were wonderful. There were 5 total working, 3 owners/managers sitting at a table in meeting. The juice fountain area... was a disaster, I mean sticky floor, counter, garbage spots. I went to let someone know, and the guy says..yes, that happenhours ago and we have know one to clean it up. What about the bosses sitting there!?! Whomever is making your green tea needs to go over to the Delafield location and taste theirs. Yours is way too sweet.
I order here from DoorDash for breakfast Atleast once a week (and maybe a few other times for lunch/dinner). Without fail, every... single time I order breakfast from here it is wrong. The wrong bread, missing ingredients you name it. I?ve never been able toget ahold of someone when I call to resolve the issue or get new food. Today I did and the manager didn?t apologize or anythingand just said ?okay I?ll refund this order for you?. Like it would be very nice to get the breakfast I actually orderedconsidering a breakfast sandwich is like $8-$9. And whoever is checking the orders and signing off on them needs a new jobbecause clearly it isn?t right. I worked at this location and it has gone downhill worse than when I worked there. I wish theirfood wasn?t so good or I wouldnt eat there. Also considering that when I worked there, they barely passed the state healthinspection. Will be ordering from elsewhere! Read more

I took a few photos of how absolutely disgusting their dining areas were. Never have i ever seen a more disgusting environment... to eat. Sorry to be rude. But that was absolutely terrible. No tables were wiped. Seats were covered in crumbs and dried food.The tables were so close together you could hardly walk thru them. The floor was caked in food under tables and walk ways. Trashall over. The lemonades we paid for were all empty and just got soda because they said it would be a wait. Our chicken was undercooked, pink and rubbery. The bread was ok/hard. The cookie was rock hard and past expiration date on it. We took it back up thenew was still was hard and kinda unpleasant. my daughter mac n cheese was extremely hot and cold and not heated well and shedidn't finish it. My receipt said a bread side, we got chips. Didnt mind either way for the side choice. They set our samicheson oyr napkins so they were full of the dressing sauce that dripped. I mean overall it was terrible in almost every way.Thanksfully the other paneras i know have been better so im not completely grossed out by the company. But I will not be back tothis location. We were customer #34 not long after opening for the day. I hope this gets taken care of. My favorite part wasseeing over 5 people sitting in the front by the doors talking at the table. While a couple of workers were behind the counter.As well as the girl that went to wipe a table behind us almost just dangle dusted 1 small table off and walked back to the backwhen almost every table was filthy. ???? I like other Paneras better than this location. It is mostly ok. They are usually very slow and sloppy comparatively.
