Visited the Delafield Wi location a few weeks ago. Kids were pumped for Mexican food. My one kid is gluten free and we asked the... server what is gluten free. He did not know and referred me to who I assume was the manager who said that nothing, not even therice is gluten free (rice unless seasoned is gluten-free.)He made no effort to look anything up. So we went next door tonoodles. Daughter wanted a seasonal dish. They pulled out a laminated listing of all their menu items. It wasn?t on there.Manager went to store room and we examined the ingredient list on the package together and the item was gluten free. So wespent our $40 at noodles. This location of QDOBA has ok guest service, but high quality food despite there disgusting bathrooms. The men's and woman's... bathroom had a grotesque smell to them. Plus it looked like it is not maintained at all. I highly doubt that there bathrooms arecleaned daily or even weekly! There was rust on on the metal handle bars and even the plunger was rusty. I almost did not washmy hands because there sink faucet was dirty and full of limescale and calcium buildup. Read more

My wife and I have ordered food from this store 5+ times. Each food item, each time, is wildly incorrect. Luckily, I enjoy just... about everything on the menu, so in some ways it's fun to play Qdoba roulette. Management needs to make sure staff is getting their sizes right with online orders. Picked up my online order, got home and... realized my LARGE sides that I paid full price for were put into the tiny little side dishes. $7 for a spoonful of guac. Cmon, Ican?t feed my whole family with this. Garbage service. Management needs to figure this out. Accuracy defeats speed every time. Iexpect this from McDonalds, not Qdoba. Read more
Super long line employee seemed to have no idea how to hustle and get people processed stood in line for about 10 minutes and... didn't even move gave up going to go to a different restaurant. The icing on the cake is the girl with multicolor hair that didnot have a hair net or a hat or hair is just kind of flopping as she wiggled her head while she's making the food I wonder howmany people are going to end up with hair in their food it's atrocious Qdoba is not doing real good with reputation I think ifthey keep this behavior up. This location stopped serving at 9:20pm when the location is open until 10:00pm. The workers were very lazy and refused to serve... us when the location was open during business hours. The workers didn?t want to work or serve us during operating hours and liedabout their systems being down. Corporate needs to hire competent people with work ethic! Read more
