This Starbucks is part of Nagawaukee Shopping Center. The problem: NO drive up. You must go inside. Staff was unnecessarily... rude. To. Me, Starbucks coffee is not great. It tastes burnt and bitter. I'm in the minority in my opinion. Also, customorders cause the whole process to be frustratingly slow. Read more

Support local businesses in our community instead of this place! There's a reason reviews are so mixed with this location. I... have lived nearby for years and the baristas (I believe it's manager too) are always short and irritable with customers as ifyou're a nuisance. It's rare you have an interaction with a person working there where you feel kindness. The dark roast coffeedoesn't even taste very good. Read more

I don't think I need to tell you about Starbucks. The location is on the corner of the strip mall, kind of on the smaller size.... There was no line this time and my drink was made quickly and how I ordered it. I'm into soy lattes lately so it's probablynot too hard to get right but when the milk is overheated it tastes bad so all I'm saying is that they've got the techniquedown. Slowest starbucks !!! Employees are super annoying! Employees ignored me until I asked the third time where my order is. The one... tall employee told me in a snobby tone that he is only serving mobile orders. After 20 minutes I asked the female star bucksemployee where my order is and that I am waiting for some time. She told me that they did not print a slip for my order. Thatwas the reason they did not serve me. This is not my fault that starbucks? employees cannot print slips and just do cancel anorder after a customer paid it. Well, this place will not see my hard ear money! Period. I will just go next door to Target andget my starbucks coffee there! Read more

Extremely busy but they did the best they could. My unicorn drink wasn't the best but I wanted to give it a whirl. I can't... describe the taste but the after taste was something like laffy taffy. The Carmel frappuccino is always delish! Read more
