UNCLEAN AND UNSAFE.No one who works there looks like they bathe. Unkempt hair and dirty clothing. The manager looks dirty and... wears a dirty uniform. I observed an employee come in from smoking a cigarette, go right into the food area and start handlingfood. That is how food born infections are spread. Cigarette touches mouth, saliva, boom straight to food. When I see that typeof behavior it makes me wonder if they wash their hands even after using the bathroom. Oh my gosh I had to come back and change my review about this BK???????????? We went there for the two for $5 breakfast... sandwiches. A ???? & Cheese Croissant ???? & a Bacon egg and cheese biscuit. Boy I had forgotten why we had stopped doingbreakfast there for over maybe a decade because this particular store always served overcooked dried out breakfast Items???????? The biscuit was so overcooked & dried out I requested another as soon as they gave it to me and I felt it & saw howdark brown & flat it was with less than a half of a half of bacon ???? on it???????? However even though they tried to give mesomething better that was also a bust because the other one they gave me though it had bacon this time was still dried out,including the bacon ???? ???? ***Came in this morning to get the 2 for $4 as advertised on the ordering screen. I order it and the attendant said it was going... to be 2 for $5. She told me to see the other big screen. Just wanted to come on and leave a review purely based on my experience with Alex. Nothing unusual, no issues with the order,... or extraordinary conversation nor acts on his behalf. I simply enjoyed his demeanor, as he was very respectful and unlike mostother experiences I have at fast food places, he looked like he didn?t resent either his being there or mine ????. At this Burger King in this location it improved. They have a manager that's in there and the food quality came out a lot better... than I've tasted in a while. I was able to enjoy my food very much the restaurants clean stuff is friendly again I'm very happyfor that and they were quick to serve you. We were driving through the city and needed some impossible burgers ASAP. Lol The girls who worked a shift around 1:30pm on... 5/21/22 were great! Poor things had to deal with a long line @ drive thru AND handle the front counter. There was a wait, yesBUT my fries were hot and fresh, the soda wasn't watered down at all , and they were very nice. All I could remember was when Iworked fast food and how people don't realize how stressful it can be. But they kept it going. Kudos to them! Read more
We went there and ordered a meal, tried to use a coupon through the bk app, and it was giving an error to the employee, they... would not honor the coupon, the manager then came out and would not honor it either, we then asked for a refund for a purchaseon a different meal we had already purchased nf the manager said she had to call her gm to get approval, she called and the gmtold her she would call her back, so we waited 20 mins to receive a refund on a $10 meal, needless to say we went to chic fil a,and we will never be returning to this burger king again LEARN SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE OR YOU WONT HAVE CUSTOMERS!
