23 October 2022 approx 1:20pm. Staff is polite, and accommodating.... But there are some management and service issues... 1)... this particular location always seems closed and abandoned, never looks welcoming. 2) there were two transient/homeless peoplesitting in the back, just watching TV. They'd leave for a smoke, and come right back in to resume watching TV. No food... JustTV anc charging phones. Smelled like urine too. Yumm..... 3) restaurant is out of prepackaged ketchup and mustard, and has beenforva while. Wait, wuuuuut??? A global chain hamburger restaurant is out of ketchup and mustard? Seriously? And didn't even tellus till we asked for ketchup for the fries after we received our food. This is not a problem at McDonald's, five guys, chili's,belly busters, checkers.... 4) asked for fresh, unsalted fries and was told that would be no problem.... Sat down to eat and hadaged, room temp, limp salty fries. 5) I ordered a Big King with bacon combo #9. Supposed to have two pieces of cheese... Oneunder each burger patty . I was only given one slice. 6) I wanted to have my meal "my way" but apparently the restaurant wasout of that too.... Guess what, we won't be back. Better choices available. Read more
This was the worst fast food experience I ever had. From the time I ordered my food until I got to the window was 31 minutes.... Then they gave me a whopper with cheese with everything on it when I asked for it plain. I asked the guy at the window two timesare you sure the sandwich is plain and he assured me it was. Of course he didn?t know or didn?t care and the chicken nuggetswere ice cold and hard as a rock. When I told him the sandwich was not right he said pull up which is the first time he?s donethat to anyone in the line and then he brought an ice cold sandwich out to me made correctly but horrible had to be thrown away. Read the reviews before visiting here. I have been 4 times recently and every time the same thing. First time I went to the... drive thru, food was luke warm and I was given the wrong food. Second and third time I went inside. I waited for someone toaddress me then waited for 10 minutes for my order. Last time I ordered online. I waited 30 minutes before going to therestaurant to pick it up. They never made it! I had to wait another 10 minutes to get my food. I watched them make the burger,when I went to eat it, it was cold. Every time I was inside the restaurant the staff argued with each other and didn't seem toknow what to do. I have never seen a dirtier franchise restaurant. Has gone downhill quickly in the past two years. Food is never cooked right... and staff definitely needs improvement. Read more
This place was total chaotic!! No sign of exacution or any kind of system in place.. Bad service from the point of order down to... recieving the food.. Waited 30 mins for 2 sandwiches and 1 large fry.. Food was not prepared the way we ordered, buns were nottoasted, was literally falling apart, didnt have bacon on one, both had extra topping but were not put on sandwich.. Fries werecold and not even filled to top.. The whole reason i quit coming to this exact BK, theyve always had a bad rep but since it hadbeen years since ive been i thought id give it another try, but i wasnt at all impressed.. Still just as bad, maybe even worsethan before!! I give it 0 stars actually.. Will never go back to this location again.. Yall need to do better, get betteremployees, train better, get a better serving system, and teach those people how to make the food right and made how thecustomer orders it.. The worst food I think I've ever purchased. Chicken patty was so overcooked it was like a rock. Tomatoes were mush, close to... being considered rotten. Didn't put cheese like I ordered, "barely" a smear of Mayo, and the bread literally was alreadyfalling apart. In addition, the bite I took before paying attention was like sticking my tongue in a vat if grease. Fries werealso like rocks. Unfortunately, didn't check the bag of food until I got home. Hamburgers and chicken nuggets were pretty good. The wait time was not long. (2 cars ahead of us) we got through in about 10... minutes. The employees didn?t seem too friendly, or I would have given them 5 stars. Read more
