Normally I always try to give a place the benefit of the doubt, but this Chipotle is by far the absolute worst Chipotle I have... been to!! Barely half a spoon of chicken, large queso was half filled, there are no portions here and the attitude across theboard was terrible too. Went back again because a friend wanted to go. This visit was much better like it used to be. Attitude. Lose it! Portion poor... at best. Barely 1/2 filled bowl. Tells me they are out of steak. The guy behind her is cutting it up. She insisted I choosesomething else when I said I can wait. My wife?s bowl had so much sour cream it wasn?t edible. Last visit here wasn?t muchbetter. This location has really declined in service. Used to be so good. We will go somewhere else from now on. Read more
I wish this chipotle was better, but unfortunately I've experienced many times of my order being wrong. Thank goodness I checked... my bag before I left otherwise I'd be leaving with half my order completely wrong. They did remake my order which I appreciated.When I finally got to eat my burrito I discovered that they folded it in a way that left all the toppings at one end and theother end was just rice and beans. Had to take my burrito apart to remake and fold it. Also whomever prepped the food madesomething extremely salty. It made my entire order taste terrible. I get that this is a fast food chain and I shouldn't beexpecting much. But if they are charging nearly $12 for a burrito I am expecting to get better quality food. Read more
The cleanliness is atrocious. The evening we dined, teenagers made up nearly the entire staff. 3 were on their phone, several... had their backs to the restaurant talking and goofing around, and the young lady actually making the meals was working on adisgusting countertop and paused to scrape all the old food off with her hands then grabbed the filling of my burrito with herfilthy gloves and moved it around for no apparent reason and proceeded to try to make my meal. When I told her I didn?t want theburrito after that she looked absolutely befuddled. This seems to be a universal issue for restaurants in this area as theSmoothie King in the same parking lot is just as bad. Read more
This used to be one of my favorite locations until today. I ordered online for pickup and when I got there I was ignored while a... group of younger staff members were talking next to where you would pick up the food. I asked where to get my fountain drink andthey told me (annoyedly) it would be inside my bag and to check inside my bag. (My drink wasn?t even in the bag) and when I wentto eat my food half of it was gone and pushed all to one side. To top it off my order was made completely wrong. Thanks guys :) Read more
It?s wild I originally did a review of this place 2 years ago with one star. Fast forward 2 years & I accidentally forgot this... place tried to be a normal Chipotle. Shame on me for not learning my lesson, better luck next time. Read more
DO NOT ORDER! I love Chipotle but with that being said I have never ordered online. They completely messed everything I ordered... up and looks like they split or ate most of a meal. When I called they said there is nothing they can do. Never had this happenever. Then the manager gets on the phone completely miserable and hung up while I was explaining what happened saying she's notgoing to argue and its not her fault I ordered from there. Smh. This is why you see video's of people going inside these placesand fighting employees and trashing the place. This is so horrible and they are basically just stealing from people. New to the are Deland, SO WE Came out of my way to get 4 quesadillas only to be told I had to order it online bc they only do... kids one on the line. I've been to so many different Chipotle through out the Country and never had heard such nonsense. So IDECIDED to order a small on bc I was starving g while I look for a different t Chipotle and I couldn't EAT IT, the aluminum wasstuck to it. So I went back they redid IT with barely any cheese and the girl in the line decided to peel it of the aluminumfor me smh¡ touching all my food like that after all this inconvenience I asked the cashier if I could just pay the differenceand I would wait for a full size one . You would think after all the inconvenience she would say sure. Oh noo she said she'dhave to refund me the money then I could order it online!! Horrible customer service. Any other Chipotle would of compensatedme and made .a.full size one for my troubles but not this one! The employees making the online orders were literally 6ftaway. Ive worked in the food industry and this is not how this should of been handled. Won't be coming here again! I've neverhad this problem in Winter Garden. Everyone was nice but the cashier wouldn't fix the problem and they looked at her as if itwas her call, I would drop her name but she wasn't wearing name tag. 11/15/22 Tuesday night around 6 pm .
