The food here is always exceptional with solid meat and cheese on amazing bread. If you're going to pick up, make sure you call... 30-45 minutes ahead to order, and it gets really hectic around lunch. Also, sandwiches are huge so most people will only need ahalf. Read more
great deli-style sandwich spot in DeLand, just frustrating that it?s only open for 3 hours a day for 5 days a week so the wait... times are long, up to 45 minutes for a single sandwich. that being said, the sandwiches are pretty darn good. there are alsolots of options for chips and drinks. indoor and outdoor seating are extremely limited so better to just take your order to go. To me, Best subs in Deland. The Coney Island is my favorite. The only downside is that they aren't open very long but that's... what makes it a commodity. Nice service, a lot combinations of subs. Their hot sandwiches are toasted well and generouslyproportioned. If you prefer Halaal or vegetarian, their "Christina" is a good option. Read more
