The food is excellent. The staff is wonderful. We met a chef named Nickolas Lebeau. He made our meals perfect. Looks like he has... had some good training. The kids ask to go back every time we eat out. Read more
UPDATED REVIEW JULY 3, 2022: I need to update my review, unfortunately. Mostly to make management aware. You guys have a good... thing there. Don't blow it! The location is beautiful. The only one like it unless you drive to Astor or Debary. My husband'sparents were in town for my sister-in-law's 30th wedding anniversary. We love the river and our last experience was great so wewanted to take them here for their last night. Seven adults and three children. Upon arrival at 6:30 on a Sunday, we werenotified that they were doing fried food only and a few other random menu items. So we decide to sit down anyway. We were seatedon the back open porch which was gorgeous. It was raining, but it was protected and we saw manatees floating by and even adouble rainbow. As we were ordering our drinks, the waitress (who was very sweet) informs us that maybe the kitchen will "openback up" because another large party just came in. So obviously they COULD do other food, they just wouldn't. So we ask if theycan do the Gator Mac and Cheese in particular. The waitress went to ask the kitchen and they say yes.... well, for $16, theybrought out fried gator bites on top of a child's microwaved Mac and cheese. We know because my other niece got the kids mac andcheese and it was the exact same thing. My niece was disappointed because it has been so good before. It is supposed to be in acreamy sauce with sauteed peppers and onions. We ate the gator bites off the top, and stuck the Mac and Cheese at the kids tablewhere it belonged... I will say the wings were very good. My sister-in-law got the Paris Mule and it was literally only gingerbeer, none of the other mixers or liquor it was supposed to have. So while we will probably return because this is the onlychoice in the area, management should know and take heed. To be a successful restaurant, you need to be consistent. We had the pleasure of having Tessa as our server and she was/is great. Always smiling and attentive. We have been back several... times and always ask to be seated with her. The food is good also and most of the time it doesn?t take long to get it. Read more
The place is promising but the menu is limited. Staff is great and they are very attentive, they make you feel extremely... comfortable. The shrimp had a great taste but the onion rings were extremely greasy and without any flavor. Steak OK but a bithard, probably overcooked. My takeaway is that it can be a great place to go and have a few drinks and Order appetizers but notentrée. Read more

While here the service was good but the food came out very slow; that being said, it was bike week and the restaurant was... packed. Which was a great thing to see actually! The staff was accommodating to our large group of 5 adults and 14 kids. Theyeven went out of their way to bring an extra table for us to sit more comfortably at. Food was fresh but did take a long timeto get and did not all come out on time. The grill is a fantastic location for roof top viewing of the river. Read more
A really great down home experience. The river view was great! Entertainment excellent! The people working there friendly and... nice. Small menu, but everything on it is done very well. Good drinks served with a smile. 1st visit great entertainment so goodwent back and 2nd visit the trivia WOW! DOMINIC CATTALANO was awesome. Next trip to FL we'll be back. Read more
