Seems to be this restaurant. Got home from drive through just now. My wifes single w cheese was fine. My double was so... overcooked, dried and grease soaked like an old piece of overcooked sausage. Worst burger I've ever received from aWendy's. Very disappointed. Read more
While i was waiting in the drive throu line ( which was 3/4 wrapped around the building) thete was a youngish gentlemen was... smoking what smelled very strong lile marijuana by the back door for the restaurant. He was carrying on obnoxiously about thisand that. He was a tallish heavy set white guy with tattoos on his face, his head shaved and some facial hair on his chin. Made order at drive thru, get to window, informed card reader not working and I don't have cash so unable to get my order. A... sign should have been put on menu ordering board so people don't sit in line and waste their time. Read more
We've been coming to this particular Wendy's for quite a while now, and overall, the service has been good. The food has also... always been fresh/hot. The reason I give it 4 stars is because I've noticed that in the drive-thru, there is almost always adrink missing or item missing, even when I'm told my order's all set. While it isn't the end of the world and they do a greatjob of resolving it, this is something they can work. Read more
we stopped by the drive thru tonight around 7:45-8pm and the line was wrapped around the building. We were hesitant to see so... many cars but within 15-20 minutes of waiting our turn in line, we left with HOT AND VERY FRESH FOOD. The line was moved veryquickly, we had great service and great food. I could also see the team members were communicating very effectively together.Overall, very impressed! Read more
Food was a tad cold and service a tad slow but atmosphere was nice & quiet.
