So many things wrong with this place and it just opened up. First, felt like I was going through LAX getting patted down and... searched. Second, hostess couldn’t even find our reservation and had to go ask waitress to go find a table for two when shehad the seating chart right in front of her on the iPad. Third, the restaurant was not busy at all and there was plenty oftables available and they decided to seat us at a table meant for ten, in the back by the restrooms and two feet away from theband. Also, the table that they gave us was wobble as heck. When we asked to be seated somewhere else, the waitress said thatthey couldn’t because the only tables available were big tables. How does it make sense that you couldn’t seat us somewhereelse when you were going to seat us at a big table to begin with?? The restaurant had quite a few booths and tables for fouravailable but didn’t want to switch us. The experience was so unpleasant that we just got up and left the restaurant. Notworth the time. Place was awesome along with our bartender Frankie. Loved his service???? but there was one of the supervisors Fernando he needs... to take customer service and business management classes, he was arguing with some of employees that night. To where he could oftook them to the back room and handled the situation better and not In front of customers. Nice place. Music (live band) was very loud. We asked to be moved at first they said no then they did move us. 2 menus for a... party of 4, the letters were so tiny even with glasses it was hard to see. The food came out at different times not together. There was only one napkin per person. Never brought out any condiments. The waitress was supper nice. Don't think I will goback. Read more
There were so many things wrong with our dinner, first we could not pull up the menu due to being in a dead spot for all cell... phone service providers and in our party of 8 they gave us 3 menus, then the server only spoke Spanish so she could notunderstand 6 of the people in our party, drinks are too sweet, if they get them right and too expensive. Our food came out atdifferent times of some of us got it all all, took them 35 min to make a salad that I never got. Burgers were over cooked, fishtaco was a fish stick, the bottles of water a cost is $2.00 each , when we had ordered just plain tap water, band was so loudour server could not hear us and our ears we’re ringing when we left. The manager argued with me about everything I brought upto him and made lots of excuses for the poor service, in Spanish, because he did not speak English. I’ve been here twice since they’ve opened. My only critique is OFFER FREE WI-FI IF YOU ONLY OFFER DIGITAL MENUs. I have... Verizon and that area is a dead spot. The server offer me to use his phone to look at a menu. Absurd. Read more
As excited as I was for this restaurant to open and go dine in with my family, I’m really disappointed. We got there at 3pm... today on their grand opening, signed in with the host, she took my name and Number, I was told it would be a 20-30 minute wait.I waited for 40 minutes assuming they were busy due to their grand opening, and so I continued to wait. I noticed the host wastaking pictures with her coworkers and also kept seating the families that had got there after us. So after I realized it hadbeen an hour, I went to confront the host. She asked for my name and claimed they had called me. I got no message from them norcall. Instead of apologizing for their error, they insisted they tried calling me.
