In my attempts to study at this location I have encountered large groups of people, to be real one specific large group,... congregating and being extremely loud. This is disruptive to the environment, others trying to have a conversation, and time ofstudents who are trying to get things done. In addition, they took over the majority of the tables, making it impossible to sitand even enjoy my cup of coffee. I understand it is a public location, however, there is a difference of meeting up versushaving congregating moments that disturb the experience of others. Please regulate LOUD people. Had to go through multiple drinks before they got it right. It was a simple hot, unmodified drink from their menu. The first... time they made it cold, the ?second time? they couldn?t even tell me if the drink that was sitting on the counter was my remake(they didn?t put another sticker on it or write on it, or even call out my name). Finally they got it right after multipleattempts and ten minutes of waiting, but come on. It wasn?t even that busy. Staff seemed not empathetic towards my situation andgenerally not amiable. We were on our way back from a mini vacation and stopped to get a few drinks .We don?t live in the area.The girls were so on top... of their game .They made drinks super fast and orders were immediately made to order .Luis was super nice and we had a greatlittle conversation and was great in helping me order my drinks to my liking I don?t buy drinks at Starbucks frequently This wasan awesome experience and I was in awe of how fast and precise they were working. Great coffee! Like, most and all Starbucks, don?t expect to be in and out quickly. It?s a nice place to stop by when you?re not... in a hurry. Attitude goes both ways, asking your barista if they can remake a busted drink, instead of demanding they do it,GOES A GREAT MILE. I haven't had a problem with them so far, they always make my drinks good. This is the only time they failed me. They charged me... .50 for the batista cocoa topping which they didn't even add. Guess that's their tip Read more
This store should call no berry hibiscus instead of very berry hibiscus. There were hardly any berries on my very berry... hibiscus. I was there on happy hour buy one get one. I think they made 2 drinks out of 1 with adding extra ice. On 1 cup it wasliterally 3-4 sips only. It was venti and on top of that I ordered light ice. Look at the amount of the ice. Read more
It is a very clean place with lots of employees waiting for u to order. Their coffee tastes great!
