we waited 40+ minutes for 2 sandwiches absolutely disgusting and disappointing, never again.
Went in to have dinner with my kids, it was super hot inside! We were all sweating while we sat there waiting for over an hour... for our order. I had to ask how much longer? They said 5 minutes but I believe they forgot about us. They were just doing pickup orders. Once we finally got our food, our fries were cold! I took them back and they gave us more and to our surprise theyweren?t fresh just warm and super salty. The wings were good though. An apology would of been nice all they did was put abrownie in our bag. I understand they were short staffed but you need to have manners and be understanding to the customer. Read more

One of the workers accused me of being a ?scammer? because she forgot to put the ranch in my order but in her words, ?i could?ve... swore i put the ranch in there, a lot of people try to scam us and my mom told me to never trust anyone? very rude. Went by to pick up, worker reviewed the order. Went home was missing my wings. Had to drive back to delano and was on hold the... entire drive (5mins plus). The worker on the phone who helped me was very kind. Missing item was upgraded but when I came homehalf of the wings had no sauce. Was really looking forward to having wings??????? Read more
Vero was the best worker there door dash messed up my order and she still manage to help me out instead of blaming them
First time trying wingstop. Not a very good experience. They gave me the wrong order. I didn't realize til I got home. Drove... back to let them know. They had my order on the waiting rack. Chicken and fries were not hot. New place but they really need tothink twice about putting youngsters to run the front. I hope they adjust. Read more
