I have never felt more unwanted at a Business when I was told to wait at least five minutes before I show up to pick up my... coffee after placing a mobile order while fueling at Kwik Trip, I was given nasty attitude and a lecture from one of the staffmembers that gave me my coffee that I can't show up 45 seconds after a Mobile order is placed because it messes up their systemand it takes longer than a minute to update. Highly Unprofessional and if I did something wrong you don't give a lecture to apaying customer that didnt give you attitude and just wanted my coffee for me and my staff, I will never come back to thiscaribou, don't give this place your money go to a different location. The workers are always very nice here. I don?t understand why they always have the ?only accepting mobile orders at this time?... sign up a lot when the workers are sitting back there doing nothing. I watched an elderly man walk up and be told he can onlyorder online or Drive thru. Which I?m sure he doesn?t have online being generally elderly people don?t work smart phones allthat well (sorry elderly but it?s true lol). Often I order 8 minutes before arriving and my order still isn?t ready. Kind ofdisappointing. Giving 3 stars tho because the workers are all very nice and the store is in pristine condition! My car died while in the drive thru and all the staff were so helpful in pushing my car to a parking spot. Even tho we didn?t... get anything to eat or drink it was a great experience to have such kind hearted girls help me with my car situation. Read more
This is by far the best iced caramel hi-rise I've ever had!! They were so nice. I love coming to this Caribou.
Caribou is my absolute favorite place to get coffee. A large iced mocha with 2 extra shots does the trick! They don't last long!
