The pizza was fine as always. BUT I was appalled when the associate took our cash payment and gave us cash back with gloved... hands, then proceeded to make our pizza, handle cheese, meat etc with the same gloved hands! Ever heard of crosscontamination?? Your employee should have put on clean gloves. I could not eat that pizza!!! Read more

When I asked for senior discount cashier kayle said no way we don't have senior discount I said we always get senior discount ... it's even listed online she gave me back my card and charged full price and closed the window. I will never return to this store. 6 months ago, I found a fake finger nail in my salad. I had to take the salad back in to get... a refund. How do you not notice you lost a finger nail? Better yet, why are you not wearing gloves? Gross. Today tried to getpizza for the pi day sale. I ordered my pizzas at 11:30 am this morning. Walked in to get my pizzas at 5:30 and found masschaos. Was told pretty much if I hadn't paid for them online I might not get them. The manager who was extremely flusteredstated that there was only 27 pizza doughs left and with 10 people in front of us, we knew we wouldn't be getting our pizzatonight. Horrible store. Read more

Update: I did the online ordering again. I had great service and what I got was exactly how I ordered it. Very much improved... from my last visit. Very friendly. First visit -I had ordered my pizza online a half hour prior to the scheduled pickup. I gotthere and asked for my pizza at the pick-up spot. The two younger employees just looked at me and didn't respond. They justlooked at me. I then went to the till and asked for my pizza. She told me to go back to where I had started. They looked forthe pizza and couldn't find it. It hadn't been made. After ten minutes I had my pizza. It tasted good, there were a fewolives in the pizza. (None were suppose to be on it) I didn't mind, I like olives. My wife doesn't. First time at thislocation. Read more
