We ordered a single pizza at 8:15pm. When the order was placed the tracker said 195-205 minutes for delivery. I immediately... called to confirm this as I would have cancelled the order right away if so. I was told that they had slowed down now and thatit wouldn't be very long at all as there were only two orders ahead of me. Once I got the alert that it was out for delivery Iwaited about an hour (we are less then a mile away from the location) before calling to check and see where our food was. Jennyanswered and informed me the driver had left a while ago and it should be to me soon. When I asked what kind of time line shehad no idea but pretend to call the driver. After waiting on hold another 10 minutes she informed me that the driver had beendriving around for 45 minutes trying to find the house that they were delivering to before me and that it would be around 20more minutes. This put us at over 2hrs since I original placed the order. I informed her that I had called to verify it WOULDN'Tbe this long and there was no apology nothing. Cancelled the order and had Domino's (which is 15 minutes away) in less then 30minutes. We haven't ordered from this Pizza Hut in over 6 years because of these types of issues and thought we would give thema try again since the family wanted stuffed crust. I definitely don't recommend ordering from this location if you want aconvenient delivery option at all. Dominos and no stuffed crust going forward it is. Read more

I haven't been to a Pizza Hut in several years. This experience at the Delano Pizza Hut (carry out) was exceptional! Very... friendly staff and the pizza exceeded my expectations! It was delicious! I don't often give 5 star reviews, but I was morethan pleasantly surprised by the flavor of the pizza. The crust was great, as were the cheese and toppings. I would definitelygo back. I just left this place and am very upset as I have a bad reaction when I eat meat. I ordered a cheese pizza and asked for it... uncut because I can see that they do not wash the pizza cutter often and it is used to cut meat pizza as well as cheese. Theycompletely disregarded my request and I did not receive the drink I had ordered as well. Will not be coming back. Read more
I have to wonder if the owner even cares about the store anymore, pizza was ok tasting but the way they cut it was laughable, we... had the options of either a double sized slice or a half slice. We also ordered cinnamon sticks but got luke warm bread sticksthat weren't cut, and to top it off the delivery driver was rude when dropping it off. We have ordered a few times from thisplace and just about everytime something was either wrong or missing, I kept holding out hope that they would get their stufftogether but I think today was the last straw, order from the other places in town people and save yourself the disappointment. The Custer service was great! I placed the order online for contacted curbside. The employee brought my order out exactly on... time and was very courteous. The pizza was absolutely delicious and cooked perfectly. I am and always will be a Pizza Hut fanover every single other pizza joint there is in Minnesota. I recently moved to the area and this will be my new pizza placeforever! Nice job team! You are the best! Read more
The pizza looked awful. I was just there 10 mins ago the green olives looked like they been sitting their for weeks there's no... pepperoni on it hardly any sauce it looks like something little caesers would make a $5 pizza versus $16 I want my moneyback.... I got my money back thankfully and also they made me wait 20 mins just sitting there. Terrible service Read more
Worked at a pizza shop for 10 years. This place is pretty good! Keep in mind, if you want the best experience, get carryout.... Expecting a delivery to be to you in 30 minutes is unrealistic in 2022, doesn't matter where you order from. I've never had abad experience with this pizza hut, and they deserve more business.
