This is my 4th time I ordered delivery from Jimmy John's this year. 1st time they forgot my cookies, 2nd time they didn't... deliver anything, 3rd time they forgot my sodas. It's been and hour and a half and they close in 20 minutes. Let's see whathappens this time. Read more

I have had two experiences with them, both unpleasant. The first was an attempt to place an order for delivery over a year ago.... I called and asked if they delivered to the development where I reside, about a half mile from their business and they said no. I just wrote it off. The second was an experience a couple of weeks ago when I decided to stop there. I placed my order,which included chips, a drink and a cookie. I am handicapped. After placing my order, I was having some difficulty trying togather everything, including my credit card and my cane. The arrogant fellow behind the counter kept repeating to me that Ipick up my order at the end of the counter, as if I were stupid. I am a retired college professor who is handicapped, notstupid. If he was sincerely interested, he could have assisted me. It is my last time in the establishment. Their inabilityto deal with patrons speaks volumes. Read the other reviews. Read more
Borderline excessively loud music. Professionally clean small dining area AND visibly hygienic clean food prep/cooking area. Sub... was decent but a bit much mayonnaise. I offered a genuine "thank you" on our way out but no one acknowledged me or even lookedour way. I'm going to assume it was the loud music & hopefully NOT inattentive &or poor customer service skills. Jimmy John's isthe only decent semi healthy fast food on this trip. Hopefully we have a better experience & sandwich the next trip. Neither ofus used the restrooms at this location so I can't give feedback on them. Meh. Better luck next time I guess. Read more
Tried the new wraps, they are... Different, but good. This place was packed so it was a little slower than I'd expect a Jimmy... John's. First time to this location so can't speak of it. Cashier looked like a hard worker, but she clearly didn't want to bethere. No smile and her look was definitely perceived as "great, more customers..." So didn't make us feel great ordering. Theperson at the end of the line who finished your order was nice enough. Meal tasted fine. Read more
I love Jimmy Johns, always have good food. Unfortunately the first time I visited this store they were out of... bread...disappointing since it was right at lunch time. Will have to give it another shot. Read more
