I have not been to McDonald's in several years. The hamburger did not taste like real hamburger rather like something... manufactured out of synthetic compost. The fries were atrocious. I first went to a McDonald's over 60 years ago and willprobably never be back. One of the workers audibly complained about the customers. Bathrooms were not stocked with any papertowels. Read more
Worst experience i?ve ever had. 10/21/2022 I read a mobile app code at the kios to confirm my order with an employee at 6:39pm.... Had i not paid on the mobile app i would have left. I know this is very difficult to believe but i arrived at the drive throughwindow just 5 car lengths a head at 7:17pm to be handed the wrong order. I explained i didn?t order happy meals and a mountaindew. i had a coke and quarter pounder. Looking through the window at the service area was disgusting. Spills everywheredirty floor and about six drinks and bags lined the counter. The employee searched for my mobile order and finally found it. She then pulled a quarter pounder out of another bag and handed it to me with a coke. I drove away and opened the container tofind a burger burnt to a charcoal texture and had some hard crunches to it. Either was was excessively burnt pieces in the meator i believe it was dropped on the dirty floor and contained pebbles. I through it out and stopped at a taco bell in RichardsonIL. The sad part is i have gone through this 2 previous times before and was stupid enough to return. Never again will I gothrough the Delavan WI McDonnalds. It is an icon of how little a business can care for a customer. They are surviving only bythe McDonnalds name a lone and destroying it in the process. Enter at your own risk. I guess it could be a novelty experienceas my neighbors and i joke about people falling in the grasp of this terrible experience. 2pm I stopped in and grab a quick mean. To be honest the meal was as expected. However the dining room was a complete mess. Food... on every table, on the floor, garbage all over the condiment bar. I cleaned off 2 table with napkins before sitting down.Another customer commented on the cleanliness. This customer stated it was not McDonalds fault. No one can find people to work.Well how about thw young man behind the counter who cared for 3 people during the time I was there. Sorry not buying the lack ofworkers as an excuse for not having a clean dinning room at 2pm. Better management and training for staff. Read more
Stopped for a happy meal for the Kiddos. Holy smokes it for ever. In line for more than 20mins. Lady taking our order wasn?t... the pleasant person. Top it off we had to ask them to redo the food. The bun was toasted to point that it was a hockeypuck. The gentleman at the window was Apologetic and courteous. Read more
Lady was rude, i ordered a chocolate shake, it came out mostly vanilla, even the color was just barely off white, and even... tasted like a vanilla shake with a small hint of chocolate, and all i did was ask about it and she treated me like i was stupid,and with a irritated sarcastic voice said "its definitely chocolate" because i asked if the machine maybe didnt mix thechocolate in enough or something like that. She didnt bother even looking at it or checking. Just immediately was rude andtreated me like i was stupid. Its by far not the first time ive ordered a chocolate shake here, and my daughter works here andbrings home chocolate shakes all the time, so i know what they look and taste like. I appreciate the fact that they are open 24 hours when I'm craving a snack at 2 am. But I was pretty upset a couple weeks ago... when I stopped at 2 am and ordered an apple pie on the mobile app and I never got it. I was told by the guy in the window thatthe cook in the back was just too "lazy" to make it at 2 in the morning. And that if I want an apple pie, don't order it pastMidnight? Well it doesn't say that on the mobile app. So I was basically robbed of my 2 dollar apple pie. ???? I'm not so muchupset about the money. I'm more upset that I really wanted that apple pie and I was denied it. So please work on management andlet them know that when a customer orders an apple pie, they expect to get it. ???? Read more
Never was able to order any food. Waited 10 minutes AT THE REGISTER! NO MCDONALD'S EMPLOYEE EVEN WOULD COME TO THE REGISTER. ... THEY ONLY WORKED DRIVE-UP WINDOWS!! THIS IS MY 2ND TIME "ENDURING" MCDONALD'S IN DELAVAN ON RTE 50! NEVER AGAIN!! THISMCDONALD'S IS CLEARLY NOT BEING MANAGED! GIVES MCDONALD'S A BAD NAME!!
