I typically don?t leave reviews, but the Delevan Starbucks deserves a 5, specifically Lazarus. I go to the Delevan Starbucks... often, and almost always around 6 in the morning, even at an early hour, I am always meet with great customer service. More thanjust great customer service, these employees go above and beyond. About a week ago, I went through the drive through, and uponordering I realized I left my wallet at Walmart. Lazarus was extremely understanding, let me take my drink, and come back andpay. Upon coming back (with my wallet) he said the drink was on the house. I of course left a tip, but behind showing myappreciation monetarily I wanted to let it be known, that the workers at this Starbucks are A1. They Truly all deserve a nicelittle raise. I usually always get a smile when I walk in but it gets crazy and sometimes mistakes are made, but they always make it right for... me. But when it's not busy, it is a good place to go and enjoy a nice latte. Read more

Visited this location on Monday 9/19 around 11:30 am and there was a bit of a line, however it was understandable as it was rush... hour. I've been to many other Starbucks but this was definitely the best one. They seemed to move the line at a pretty good,fast pace and they were nice despite the pressure they must be under to get the line moving fast. It was great customer service,and it?s great to see the employee?s are capable of handling the stress they?re constantly put under while providing greatcustomer service. Makes sense as to why I always come back considering I never leave disappointed. Read more
Ordered 3 coffees, got the 1st one right away but waited for 30 minutes for the other 2, when I went up to the counter to ask if... they were almost done they had lost the ticket. Had to wait longer for them to start and make the 2 drinks. Then I asked someonefor sugar and he said he would bring it right out and stood in the same place for 10 minutes and the sugar was right behind so Iwent up and got sugar from someone else. Quite involved turn off the highway to get to this Starbucks. I was surprised. However, like all popular Starbucks the drive... through was busy. Ordering was quick and window delivery person was pleasant and cheerful. Difficult and busy shopping complexto get to the drive-through, not a lot of parking spots. Read more
