I've been to both Delavan Subways. The one in Walmart and the one off 50. I remember going to the Walmart Subway a while back.... I walked in there and wasn't even greeted, I had to wait until this blonde woman with glasses was done farting around withother things all while having her back to me. She finally turned around and was, like, what do you want. As if I wasinconveniencing her. She preceded to literally slop my sandwich together like she was just go through the motions or somethingand I walked out feeling sort of a false sense of dejection. Anyway.. So, here I go. I decide to avoid the Walmart Subway anddecided to go to the Subway off 50 with my GF thinking I don't have to deal with that woman. Low and behold that same woman Idealt with at the Walmart Subway was working at the Subway off 50 as well. This time, as I walked in, she was in the backlooking at her phone leaving my girlfriend and I waiting for at least a minute or two. Then came out like we wereinconveniencing her and slopped both our subs together and showed no desire to do or perform her job. So now, my GF and I,boycott these two Subways. Read more
I went in and wasn?t even greeted and the was asked ? what do you want? by a rude and sloppy worker. Subway ... you need to... raise your standards for cleanliness and customer service. I will NEVER AGAIN walk in to this location nor think about eatingthere. I wish I would have looked around before ordering food. Then.... 20-30 min after eating my food I had to run to thebathroom so fast. Thank God the bathroom wasn?t occupied. That explains it all. Never again. I may even be making a call to thehealth department because of the things I witness. Everyone who reads this....please stear clear of this location....yourstomach will thank you in the long run. Went to Wal-Mart as a stopover for a trip and decided to get double chocolate chip cookies since they are the best. Paid $1.99... for double chocolate chip cookies but got regular chocolate chip even though I said double chocolate chip twice. I'm anassistant manager at a Subway and the food looked icky and the place was not in it's best state. Ended up throwing away thecookies because the woman behind the counter didn't wash her hands and was in her phone as I was walking in. Told her I was onlybuying cookies and preceded to bug me with 'Do you want to buy a drink with that?' Read more
It would be great to know the actual business hours. The place is closed whenever they feel like it, starting at 8. Most of the... time they refuse to serve you if it's after 8pm too. Read more
Worst service ever the blonde chick wearing shorts that are way to short to be appropriate in the fast food service. The chick... didn?t even know what she was doing in the first place, took 10-15 minuets to get our food then she rang up the order wrong andwouldn?t even admit that she messed up.
