I placed my order to take out and I find a big plastic in my taco ! Bad service!!
Ordered online and chose pick up in store. No one acknowledged my presence at the counter. I called out 4 times asking to pick... up my online order, once making eye contact, and got ignored. Eventually was handed my food that was sitting directly behind thecounter without a word said to me. I understand everyone is short staffed, but at least try to have some customer serviceskills. Nice clean fast food open late. Friendly staff. Food prices a bit pricey on some items, but not everything. Easy to find as... visible from highway. First parking lot second is another store. Read more
Visited on tuesday 9/20 around 12:33am I was hungry late at night, and decided to get some food. I Ordered my usual Dorito locos... taco and when I got home my food was cold. I'm not sure if it got cold on the drive home or if it was already cold since it wasa 10 minute drive. To say the least, I was a little disappointed as I always come here, get food and have never had any badexperiences with my orders. The service wasn't the best, as the employees seemed a little rude, but overall it wasn't terrible.I understand it was late at night and they were probably tired and ready to go home. Avoid this place like the plague, seriously. I?d give zero stars if I could. Went last night before midnight and someone came... out telling us they were closed. Came back tonight and had the worst experience ever. Waited in line for an HOUR beforeordering, and couldn?t leave because this drive thru is only one lane, so you?re stuck once you get in line. Once we got closeenough, we could see that they were only taking orders /after/ they completed each one before it. Sat at the speaker for atleast 10 minutes before anyone answered, then the employee said they?re out of refried beans. Finally got to order and thenwaited ANOTHER 30 minutes for the food, for them to charge us extra for food we didn?t order. Employees were rude, both theemployees AND the establishment didn?t look clean. Doesn?t look like anyone in upper management reads these reviews because thisplace is somehow STILL operating with negligence and incompetence, after countless similar reviews. Do better. Read more
I have been waiting in this line for over an hour. Very rude employees to top that off!!! Haven't even got my food yet and I've... been waiting this long?!?! Get to the window and ask why it's taking so long, and he begins to laugh. The way this drive thru isconstructed once your in line your stuck there!!! This location should have been closed a long time ago. I will never understandhow this business is still up and running!!! I got here at 630 and it's not 7:52 and still haven't received my food! Lady was on her cell phone the entire time I ordered and received my food through the Drive-thru She didn?t even pause or put it... down to grab my money or pass me my food, just kept talking. I suppose it?s what you could expect for Taco Bell on a Sundayevening around midnight but it was still a shock. Maybe a little more training in customer service. Read more
The dirtiest taco Bell I've ever seen all the garbage cans were full to the top. The soda area looks like it hasn't been cleaned... in months just gross. Pretty much ignored people ordering in and only taken care of people in the drive-thru definitely a TacoBell in need of better management Read more
