I love chipotle? just not this one ? every time I go they?re out of between 2-5 things ?. Tonight I got the guacamole and it had... a shredded cheese texture like the Avocado used was not ripe .. I scraped the lettuce off of my bowl because it smelled gross ? this is the 5th or 6th time in a row that it?s been like this here ? don?t know what the deal is here ? but it?s worth the extra10 minute drive to find the next location?. This is by far one of the worst chipotle locations. When you ask for extra, they give you light. When you ask for light, it's... extra. Last night my husband experienced extreme rudeness from the worker when she told him they were out of hot sauce,completed our orders, then went to the back and got the hot sauce out. ETA: They aren?t out of foods because of supply chain issues, they run out because they don?t want to cook more as it?s... different food every night. I should have read the reviews before coming here, looks like nothing has changed. I loveChipotle, didn?t know management would let a location get this bad. OP: Don?t bother coming after 7/7:30 pm, they?ll be out of1-2 meats, and guacamole and/or salsa. Chips might be stale too. Let me paint a picture. My car dies, I have no jumper cables and no friends in the area. I walk to the local chipotle and ask... for help. Without hesitation, Josiah briskly hops the counter and informs his coworkers that he will be back in a moment. I?min a hurry, but Josiah is calm and collected. Working very efficiently, he jump my car in a matter of moments. Josiah is astand out worker he needs a raise. Picture perfect customer service. We were in the area and decided we needed to get a little Mexican fix for lunch. Sadly this didn?t really do it for us.
