The chicken was good, service was good. But the biscuits where a little over done cause the tops of the where hard and not soft.
Chicken sandwich served with in 2 minutes. Not cooked to order. Dirty, All booths are ripped. Worst ever KFC!
Had a coupon for a free sandwich ask if I could have it with no bun and was rudely told no. Never heard of such a thing and I?ve... worked in the food industry a lot. No substitutions I can understand but if I can get the sandwich without pickles and that?snot a problem why can I not get it without a bun? Managers answer, because the coupon says sandwich. They have a dirtyrestaurant and subpar food so should probably at least be friendly. Don?t even know why I?m making this, this place has beenlike this for so many years nothing will ever change. If you can just drive farther to another KFC I guarantee it?ll be worthit. Read more
I received terrible customer service. I went through the drive through and didn?t receive something I thought I ordered.... Apparently the young man didn?t hear me correctly and didn?t add it to the order. The woman who provided the terrible customerservice was, Anne. She grabbed the receipt to show me the item I asked for wasn't on the receipt and waived it in my face sofast I didn?t have time to read it. So I asked to add the missing item to my order and paid for it and also asked for theoriginal receipt so I could make sure it was correct since I never got a good look at it. I saw there were two side items on itthat I didn?t order and asked for them to be taken off. She tried to argue with me about the side items being in the kids mealsbut I had ordered different side items for the kids meals. Eventually she begins to issue me the refund and complains to theyoung man at the window about me, right in front of me. I interject and said that he was the one who didn?t hear my ordercorrectly and the situation wasn?t my fault. As she was handing me the refund she was VERY condescending and said somethingalong these lines ?It?s loud in here, sweetheart, we?re busy. We have people back here and in the front of the store. You?re notthe only customer we have, sweetheart.? She didn?t want to take the time to provide good customer service and solve the problem.She just wanted me out of the way because they were busy and, instead, Anne treated ME like the problem. All I wanted was totake home a correct order of food and not be overcharged. I didn?t think that was too much to ask. At no time did I raise myvoice or act inappropriately to deserve to be treated the way I was by Anne. I have been to this KFC many many times in the pastand have always had pleasant interactions with staff there. This was the exception. Read more
Yummy, one of my favorite fast food restaurants. When you want to grab a dish or just in the mood for fried chicken, perfect... place. The service is always friendly and polite. Every time I go get food, nothing but friendly smiles and always have asatisfaction on my standard. Read more
I come here often and I have to say I disagree with most of the reviewsove had hot meals and particularly tonight I came a bit... later than normal got a family meal and employees Sherri and Grover were both professional I know its tiring dealing withdifferent personalities in customers definitely at closing time but they treated me nicely and were patient. Stopped on Black Friday. Not very busy, right at 11:00am. Didn't have the famous bowl advertised, but asked about it, said it... was the 2 for $6. Ordered, and order was received in a timely manner. Asked for a receipt which took a minute, but was supplied.Very friendly service. Read more
