Avoid this Panera at all cost. It is poorly managed you will always have items missing from your order. The attendees are... untrained with no ability to think outside the box, if it is not a button on the register to push they do not know how toaccommodate orders for allergies and etc. Something is always broken this morning the bagel slicer was down. The manager willtell you that they will honor whatever may be missing from your bag when you call back, then when you arrive days later theydon?t remember the conversation. There is a Panera in Polaris and one in Powell the extra drive is worthwhile. Read more
??Don?t deserve 1 star!!! THIS BUSINESS MUST CLOSE. They have foreign materials in their food which is totally unacceptable. I... guess this is common per other reviews. I should have read them before going there! POOR SERVICE AND SUPER RUDE GIRL OF AMANAGER. She doesn?t deserve to work, period. They spilled my drink and with all the mess, handed it to me. They charged meridiculously for a wrong other and left me with food for 5 people! And worse of all I couldn?t even eat any after seeing a pieceof wood in the salad. I mean.. It's Panera... It's nice to sit and do some work... But the coffee is usually lukewarm and they run out of some things... by early afternoon. That's probably par for the course though at most Paneras... Heaven forbid the bread place make too muchbread... Read more
Ordered take out, arrived to find a large bag sitting on the counter. When I asked "is this order complete?" I got the world's... most unconvincing "yeah" back. So I decided to check on that- missing 3 out of 4 sides. Staff was diffident, had to flag downtwo different people to get everything. I get that there are staffing shortages, difficult customers etc. (I took the kill withkindness approach, don't worry), but this was far below any expected standard of service. I will say, my salad was good. It wasdefinitely a little smaller than our usual Panera but the quality was better. Read more
Not at all what I expected from a Panera bread location! I tried to call customer service and let them know that the bacon was... missing from my sandwich and the egg and cheese didn?t look as it had in the past. Customer service told me this is a franchiselocation but they will ensure that my email makes it to this location. They also informed me that if I would like to go back toreturn the sandwich for a refund I am free to do that. So do I let the sandwich sit in the car for two hours while I?m at mynephews recital? Or do I skip the recital turn around and go back for a refund? I would think they would be able to easilyrefund me or give me a credit towards a future purchase. Neither were offered. Read more
I found a fly in my sandwich, not once but twice. I know what you?re thinking, ?well why order from their again?? well I wanted... to give them the benefit of the doubt. This time has definitely made up my mind. I go to this Panera almost every day for lunch. This is really the only place nearby that offers a great lunch deal with a low... calorie count. However, I have been having issues with their salads. I usually get the pick 2 with a sandwich and a half salad.Recently, the quality of the salads have taken a down turn. The first few times I visited, the salads were green, leafy, andfull of color. Now, they are half green/half yellow and have a lot of white lettuce stems that offer little to no nutritionalvalue. The soups and sandwiches are almost always up to par. That is the reason for the 3 stars. This Panera would get a betterreview if they would step their salad game up. Read more
I used this location since it was opened but never thought I would experience what I experienced this morning. They threw my... order at me and lock the drive thru window on me when I asked the place some of my food on separate bag. I asked the for themanager and surprisingly person I was dealing was the manager. When I opened the window to get her info, she told me get the Fof my drive thru and for some reason she just keep saying ?stop yelling?. It?s all happened in front of my wife and grandson. Icalled the corporate and opened the complain ticket. I am pretty sure ownership will neglect to contact me to resolve this issuebut fortunately I do know the law and I am not leaving this matter unsolved. Read more
