I booked online for a same day appointment for a pedicure, showed up 15 minutes early and right away they were ready for me. I... had a horrible headache so the technician let me relax in quiet while I enjoyed the massage from the chair and that she providedon my feet and legs. For the price I expected a lot better service. Had these done on Friday it?s now Sunday and the paint is already wearing off... after only two days!!! I love Nancy! She is always happy , friendly and she does great work!! I like how she always asks if I like them , if they are... the right length, etc? she just thoroughly makes sure they are what you want down to the right color. BEST NAIL SALON EVER! And I do mean, ever to exist in the USA!! I?ve been going here since I?ve been a senior in high school... (now I?m 26 year old college graduate) and this salon never disappoints me in any way! They?re just artists that make sure theyperfect your nails in the most exquisite way to make you the happiest. Usually, Lynn, Tyler, or Kevin does my nails, but there?snot a single bad nail tech here and I really love the personal connection you can have with everyone! They?re very affordablefor what they do too! They serve delicious little cocktails, they?re iced coffee?s super good, and very good spring rolls. Ihaven?t been here in a minute (since before the very 1st covid lockdown of 2020) just because I?ve been wearing press-ons, doingmy own acrylics (it takes too long..don?t try it, it?s not worth it), and just trying to save some money, but now this Februaryof 2022 I am rounding up some girlfriends and we will be returning!! Entrance looked great, they had a wonderful selection of colors, professional looking, neat and clean atmosphere. No one was at... the cocktail bar, or asked me if I wanted one. Service was for a regular manicure. I expected: casual conversation (how are you?Consultation about my nails), my nails trimmed to be even, shaped how I requested, and painted. Pretty low expectations, didn?tneed anything but that. What I got was: a client telling me where the towels were, to pick out a polish and wait for a number.My nail tech was polite and very quiet. She didn?t ask how I liked my nails, nor did she trim them to be even. She went rightinto a 3-4 stroke file, quick cuticle work, and a lotion application that I think was supposed to be a massage but was anythingbut relaxing. It seemed very rushed. The polish itself was applied well so no complaints there! She was super helpful ingathering my items to the dryer station. (15 min service) Overall message to others: have very low expectations. Personally, Ithink it?s worth spending more to be properly manicured and asked those personal touch questions. I don?t like leavingdissatisfied reviews and I don?t want anything in return, other than just use this as a helpful tool in training staff <3wishing this place the absolute best in the future if I need a quick fix in between. Next time I visit I?ll have to make amental note to use my voice as a consultation is not used and they will just do what they want to your nails instead of asking. Read more
Went in for a fill. Came out with super thick gaudy nails. Didn?t touch my cuticles, no oil on the cuticles- nothing. Just a... fill and a quick paint job that?s lumpy, all for 65.00. Will NOT be returning. They?re too busy and just rush people thru. Notas good as they used to be. Read more
Was a little confused at the beginning but this was only the second time in my life I've gotten acrylic nails done. Staff was... nice and my nail technician, Lynn was very friendly and helpful. Lynn also did an amazing job on my nail designs!! Next time Igo I will definitely be ordering a beverage :D Read more
