By far the dirtiest Dunkin I?ve been too. Heres a list of issues: cold coffee, dead cockroach in bathroom, floors are never... swept or moped. Had to complain multiple times because of soap dispenser being empty. I assume these issues are from the frontplaters entering into PA. Read more
My 3 star review has nothing to do with the staff or quality of the items I receive. Every time I go here the staff is friendly... and whatever food/drink I get is good. The 3 stars is for the management. I realize that there is a nationwide staffing shortagebut every time I go it is between 5-6am and there is always one poor guy or girl working alone running themselves ragged. Justthis morning there was a male employee working all by himself to serve a line of cars. I felt terrible I had no cash to tip himbecause he was really working hard and giving it his best to keep up w/o sacrificing good service or quality. But he shouldn'thave to. That guy needs a raise & recognition because w/o him I doubt anyone in that early morning rush would be returning. Read more
Lady at the counter is very rude and acts like she hates her job. I went in to get a donut. Was ignored for a long time. Then a... guy walks in and she says what can I get you. I thought she was talking to me. But no she said he was here first. He was nowhere around when I came in. I was the only person there. Guess if your not local they don't want to serve you. I left and willnot go back. Horrible people. Go down the road to the apple pie place, they are very friendly there and the food is great!! Read more
Lobby was locked, drive-thru only. I called from outside trying to order and the person said, very rudely, drive-thru only... which is clearly not safe for pedestrians. This is just off the Appalachian Trail attached to a motel, hikers (on foot, novehicle) frequent and they won't open the lobby. A couple locals say the manager is to blame and the lobby is open when she'snot there??? I don't really know, but the money they're turning away is bonkers considering how popular this stop is on thetrail. I may suggest there are other options nearby, one a few blocks away that aren't based entirely on corporate greed. Read more
The best Dunkin around. Just started going here over the past couple weeks. I drive right past the other 2 in Marshalls Creek to... go to this one because there's hardly ever a line in the drive-thru, the staff are not aggravated and miserable and thecoffee/food is on point. I hope the owner recognizes and does what he/she can to keep the good ones. Read more
The egg and cheese English muffins were fresh and tasted great. The green tea was perfect, not too hot, just right. The donuts... were also freshly made and they had the ones we requested. Good service. The thing to watch out for is the line from the orderlane to the pick up window is a little dangerous as cars from the hotel next door cross through the middle and the angle makesit difficult to see them coming. Several of the cars from the hotel speed up when approaching. It would be great if there wasmore to warn or slow the vehicles. Read more
Horrible customer service! The front door was open and we walked into the lobby. The elderly lady working came running from... behind the counter and yelled, ?drive thru only?! We asked to use the restroom, and she said ?no get out? as she shut the doorbehind us. We went through the drive thru and placed our order. We asked for an empty cup which she blatantly refused. We askedfor the senior citizen discount which she didn?t give us. I requested sugar with my tea, which she didn?t give us. We even lefta $2 tip. She ruined our morning with her sourpuss attitude. So I've never had the exquisite pleasure of having my card charged twice, for what ended up being the wrong order entirely. So... after that debacle was resolved, my wife went in and was given an attitude by a young man in the drive through for asking aquestion....so after that she chose to go with something so simple. A bacon egg and cheese on croissont. What she get? A sauceand egg and cheese on a muffin. Absolutely incompetent. Read more
