Went through drive through and bought my 14 year old a 10 piece chicken nugget value meal. Asked to purchase a toy for my 4 year... old daughter and was told by the drive through operator that he can?t just give me a toy. I responded, I did not ask you to giveit to me I asked to purchase it for my daughter she is 4. He said he was just told they can not just sell me the toy! Theydenied a paying customer a toy for her young baby but took my money for the value meal! I am super upset. I?ve been a customersince I was a child. I have a 30 year old son that I always bought toys for! I have never met such poor customer service andsuch inconsiderate people. Needless to say my baby was super sad she couldn?t get her toy! It breaks my heart that this is whatMcDonald?s has become! I have alway brought my children to play in their indoor playgrounds and have supported every McDonald?sfinancially through years of being a faithful customer! My baby should have never been denied a toy that I was gonna pay for!EVER! Not a good experience at ALL! At this point in time, a franchise of this type should have at least a gluten free option.
Ordered a hamburger kids meal with no mustard, came with mustard. Ordered Mcnuggets with sweet and sour sauce, they gave us... barbecue sauce. Got 2 shakes and they gave us no straws. Seems like every time we go through the drive-up our order gets messedup. Very discouraged Read more
