Went through drive through and bought my 14 year old a 10 piece chicken nugget value meal. Asked to purchase a toy for my 4 year... old daughter and was told by the drive through operator that he can?t just give me a toy. I responded, I did not ask you to giveit to me I asked to purchase it for my daughter she is 4. He said he was just told they can not just sell me the toy! Theydenied a paying customer a toy for her young baby but took my money for the value meal! I am super upset. I?ve been a customersince I was a child. I have a 30 year old son that I always bought toys for! I have never met such poor customer service andsuch inconsiderate people. Needless to say my baby was super sad she couldn?t get her toy! It breaks my heart that this is whatMcDonald?s has become! I have alway brought my children to play in their indoor playgrounds and have supported every McDonald?sfinancially through years of being a faithful customer! My baby should have never been denied a toy that I was gonna pay for!EVER! Not a good experience at ALL! Shame on you McDonald?s for denying a baby a toy because you wanted to force the parent topurchase a happy meal. Not taking into consideration that I already purchased an adult meal. Read more
At this point in time, a franchise of this type should have at least a gluten free option.
Ordered a hamburger kids meal with no mustard, came with mustard. Ordered Mcnuggets with sweet and sour sauce, they gave us... barbecue sauce. Got 2 shakes and they gave us no straws. Seems like every time we go through the drive-up our order gets messedup. Very discouraged Read more
Great staff and very clean. I went there with a school of kids over 20 and they were fast efficacy and had everything correct.... That never happens. Great job Read more
Stopped by after a long day doing work in the area. Restaurant was clean and staff were very friendly, it's wonderful to walk... into a place with an atmosphere like this, it makes you feel welcome! Food got to us hot and quick. Read more
Dining room was open and was full of patrons, but NO ONE had a mask on and judging by the out of state license plates in the... parking lot, it's no wonder that this virus is resurging once again. And management was oblivious to it. SHAME ON YOU. Read more
