Food was decent, customer service was horrible. The day lady is really bad at cutting bread. The first time she ever served me,... I figured she was just having a bad day. Guess not. I used to work here, and I can honestly tell you it's not that hard to cut asub on the side of the bread. Back to the point, once my sub came out of the toaster, it sat there while the lady started on thenext order (which is alright) and another worker was ringing up the guy in front of me. And I watched the third employee stockvarious meats for about five minutes while my sub sat there. These people have no basis of training, what. so. ever. When Iworked there and we had a line of customers, and we were fortunate enough to have 3 employees, we were stationed in each area;meats, veggies, register. If we needed to grab something from the fridge, we'd apologize and hustle over and back. I understandthat sometimes it's hard to know when you're going to get a rush, that's why you keep your baine 100% stocked all the time.Anyway, I made a sarcastic comment about their "upgraded training regime" to the employee that I'm acquainted with and the ladywho sucks at cutting bread proceeded to act like she couldn't remember which sub on the line was mine. Or maybe she reallycouldn't remember. Either way, her and meat boy are clear indication of what's gone wrong with this place. Don't forget,customers sign your paychecks! Your personal opinions and beliefs about people no longer matter when you work in the Americancustomer service industry. Create your own business instead of tarnishing the reputation of someone else's if it ticks you offthat much. Also you need to check your CO2 tanks at least every two weeks. Hope you guys improve. Friendly service. Great vegie delight sub withe everything except hot peppers and honey mustard dressing. I always order a... footlong and keep for my lunch at work the next day. Take the dressing for the second one as a to go. Read more

Went into this subway and i got a total of 3 subs the first sub was a foot-long tuna, the only things i get on my subs is tuna,... pickles, and mayo. When i told him pickles he put 3 individual slices of pickles on the whole sub! When i asked for more he saidthat he "has to follow procedure" and proceeded to put just 2 more slices of pickles on. I ask fore more pickles seeing as thatone of two things that i get on my sub, and it is making up for the difference that some people get every veggie on the table,but when i just get 3 slices of pickles and ask for more its a big deal?! i feel like you cant make it your way and that it is awaste of money to pay $10, for bread, tuna, 5 slices of pickles, and a little mayo, I do not need to spend my time and money togo to a subway i thought was the best one anymore. I would rather go into Sioux Falls to get a sub made MY way instead of goinghere. Also the staff was very unfriendly, and rude! Read more

This Subway must be having financial issues. If they don't yet, they will! Ordered a sandwich and asked for onions. The gal... gave me 4 pieces. When I asked for more, she said she couldn't or she would get in trouble for giving out too much. Then Iasked for sauce and she said the same thing! I almost told her to keep the sandwich since it wasn't made the way I likedanyway, but I ate it. On the plus side, the restaurant was the cleanest Subway ever - I honestly think it's because no oneeats there!! Read more

Awful! I haven't been to this subway in years, and I was expecting great service like I always received in the past. The girl up... front couldn't be bothered to greet me at all and decided to yell at some boys in the back, saying "Tyler get up here". Whileshe is still ignoring me and i'm waiting for this Tyler to help with ordering, she is coughing into her hands and then touchingthe bread she is about to put onto the racks to bake. At that point I was seriously considering walking out. She still hasn'tsaid a single word to me and just walks away, which is when Tyler walks up. He did a fairly decent job, made conversation.However while he was making my sandwich, one of the other guests there was looking at the ice-cream and cookies. Im sure thisboy was a friend of the staffs, but the previous girl still felt it was ok to yell at this boy saying she wasn't going to givehim any more cookies or ice-cream and if he wanted any he would have to wait for Tyler, whom was still helping me check out.While I realize its subway and not a sit down restaurant, I still feel like that girl has no business working in any sort ofcustomer service job.
