We have been patrons for 25+ years. Unfortunately, the store struggles with consistency. Sometimes the bagels are perfect,... but just as often there are quality issues. Bagel select can also vary widely. There has been a slow but steady decline inservice and food quality over the years. We hope the store can stage a turnaround. Read more
The staff is nice and the bagels are pretty good... But their sit-down tables and chairs area is closed off.... I think still... since COVID Which is ridiculous (2021 called, they want their seating back)... I ended up taking my business elsewhere. Read more
Bruegger's Bagels...what a shame. Of all the things that just aren't what they used to be.... Bruegger's has gone way downhill.... It's not just this location. Quality keeps diminishing, while prices have increased all around. Find an independentbakery/cafe and support them instead. Read more
I ordered a dozen bagels and told the man what I wanted. While putting together my order he was talking to the other staff and... answering questions. When he said one more I figured he was a multitasker like myself and it was correct. I actually gave atip. When I went home i saw I only had 1 sesame, not 2 as I ordered which makes the count 12 not the 13 for a dozen. I wasdisappointed. I guess he was not a multitasker as I repeated the amount of each type of bagel I wanted. I wanted to return andget my bagel but was reminded by others when I shared the experience that I would be spending time and money (gas)and if Ireturn to always count them before I leave. Read more
Came to pickup an order and the girl at the register told me they haven't started it yet. Ok no problem, waited over 10 mins and... I guess is a manager asked me if I'm waiting for an order I said yes and she proceeds to hand me my order. The first girlcould've just looked to her left and see if my order was on the shelf but didn't bother instead of making me wait and my foodget cold. Read more
Staff was polite. Asked if I wanted bagel toasted, I said yes, it was not. Very light on the cream cheese, which just a small... amount on one side. Rest of bagel with lox was good though! Will go again. Read more
This location seems to be struggling to provide consistent food and service. We frequent this location because our daughter... lives here. Over the past few months we experienced poorly assembled sandwiches, surly staff, and raw (cinnamon raisin) bagels.The last visit the coffee bar was a mess and there was no regular coffee. I had to wait 10 minutes for the entire pot to brewafter notifying the register person. This was after purchasing bagels, sandwiches, and checkout. I was the only person in theentire restaurant. It left me wondering whose task, of the 3 idle workers, it was to take care of the coffee bar. Bruegger?scan be great, but not at this location. Read more
Dirty, disorganized, and depressing. This used to be a lively, well-run place where you might meet a friend for lunch. Now it... looks like it's on the verge of going out of business. Too bad. Read more
