When visiting family in this area, I frequent this drive through. Typically the staff is very friendly & nice; they prepare my... food well & swiftly. Sometimes there is a line, but I find the staff to be accurate & fast so I really don't mind waiting. Ionly mind when the plain donuts are sold out... which thankfully, was only once, later in the day. Read more
Food is fine but location is very busy and the wait is long. They also did not give us our entire order.
I used to love this location, now the girl that always seems to be there if I stop by is rude and makes the drinks horrible.
Sure would be nice to get what I order, I ordered cornbread donuts and got glazed donuts, big difference, then they corrected it... and gave me plain donuts not cornbread donuts. Is it really that hard to understand cornbread donuts!!!!??? Staff was pleasantand last few weeks no problems. Until today, 6/6/2022. ordered toasted English muffin with butter (good) large coffee threecream one sugar, didn?t get any sugar. AND NOW! You can?t get a hot tea with lemon. We have had plenty experience of missing portions of our order, even as simple as doughnuts. Also I would recommend that you... enter from the side street. Entering from Delaware is a danger for most vehicles due to the huge gap between the street leveland the parking lot. I would recommend finding another local Dunkin. Read more
Waited 20 minutes for my online order, only to find out it was behind the counter the whole time. Coffee had gotten cold. Was... just two coffees and two donuts, absolutely no reason for this. Read more
First I want to recognize that it was very busy. And the ability to take credit payments was down. That being said I expect to... have my order taken before the person behind me. This a common comfort for my teen and I to grab a coffee and a bite in then park outside nearby to and have quality time for... often much needed heart to heart talks. At their age, getting a real open candid conversation and connection is something to becherished.
