The only issue I have with this location is they do not take subway coupons. I didn't see the sign posted until the subs were... already made so I ended up paying $30 for 3 subs as opposed to $17.99 with the coupon I had. I always support local businessesespecially during these difficult times but if they can't support the customer at times by accepting coupons the corporation putout, then I won't be returning to that location again. Very unfortunate and I hope the owner reconsider his decision. Read more
It's a Subway. It was clean. The food was fresh. The service was friendly and prompt.
I?ve been coming to this location for sometime now.. and NOW they no longer accept coupons!!! Way to lose customers.

Today on January 4th 2022 Came into Subway around 7 o'clock mind you they close in an hour and it was in an hour before... closing. When I look at the stations it is half gone already and it's still an hour till closing 1/2 of the items are gone/putaway from the station so that's red flag number 1. Then the lady who was sitting goes around and does my sandwich And I asknicely if she could put extra tomato please and she told me she can only put what she can fit which basically means NO. Restaurant is always clean and the employees are very polite and friendly. That being said the quality of food has gone... downhill. It's not the first time I've gone in and all the vegetables look like they have been there for a week. The chickenwas bland and did not resemble chicken at all. The staff is friendly and they make the best sub of all the other Subways in Albany. Fresh items and service. I'll be back!
