I've never had bad service and I feel like I've gotten my money's worth.
The restaurant is always clean, and they are fairly fast at making subs.
Run into my kid's after-school teacher who is on duty at her second job. Had a nice chat while waiting for the prep to finish.... Finally was given the coupon back, because Subway is running it's weekend special: two foot-long for $11. ???? Read more
I've honestly never seen a worse subway. I may be pickier than others having been an employee at a subway which takes pride in... being the best possible, but im appalled. Ive gone there 4 separate times trying to give them the benefit of the doubt thatmaybe its just one employee but it not. My first visit the girl was out of uniform and wearing a baggy hoodie and the sleeveswere touching everything. She also microwaved my steak instead of toasting it and then tried to tell me that gaucomole doesntcome on the steak wrap without a charge. Which any customer would realize considering its called the steak guac wrap. On top ofthat the cookie was underbaked. My second visit the guy was also wearing a hoodie but was thankfully less baggy but he also hadhis pants sagged around his midthighs. He was watching a fortnite video the entire time he made my sandwhich and also didntbother talking to me, i had to tell him what i wanted without any prompts. The third time i went the manager and anotheremployee were sitting out front in the eating area smoking and then told me they would be right with me and then took another 3mins to finish smoking and one didnt even wash her hands. The fourth i was with my friend and the girl spent 2 mins just textingbefore making our sandwiches and then stopped making them to go answer a call on her phone. Omg, that place was terrible. Couldn't even cut a sub in half the right way. Like my day was terrible and this sub made it... worse. They got complete ignorant children there. I highly suggest going to somewhere else. My sub comepletely fell apart. Im somad!!! Dont go here. Read more
It's very hard for a subway to make me happy. This particular location has had many of the wrong people work here. THEN... PAUL!!???????? This employee was amazing . Friendly and very knowledgeable. Kept smiling with 10 minutes left to close and mewith my mobile app that wouldn't work yet again.. I believe you should know just how valuable of a team member is located here.Thank you Paul.
