First i want to say my experience to night was exceptional! I am very pleased! I've only used this location a few times (5 or... 6) because they're new. The first couple experiences were less than satisfactory, but it seems the owner of the new locationhas REALLY stepped up his game! My pizzas were hot, topped well and ready when I arrived. I've had such mixed experiences with this place. After ordering 6+ times I can say a 2 is about what I would give. My first... order was around when they first opened and was lacking so I thought maybe it's just them having an adjustment period. Next fewtimes I was missing little things like sauces or silverware. Where I started to get hesitant was I got a salad three days out ofdate. Seemed okay but as someone who has worked in QSRs I know how many times we checked dates on fresh items like that. Thislast time took the cake, ordered a pizza and it was a complete and total mess. Called to let them know and no sorry but they didsend a new pizza without charge. I was happy with that until the driver called. We thought it was just to let us know the pizzawas here since it didn't come with a tracker but it was because he wanted us to tip him again? He was really pushy about it. Itsounds like they need new drivers but also a lesson in customer service. I have worked in the hospitality industry for 7+ yearsand am more than understanding about things but after several attempts I cannot exsuse the lack of basic service skills and lackof attention to detail. Over 2 hours in still waiting called after an hour n half of waiting and was told, ?oh, he had to get a new GPS. Should be there... any minute? completely unacceptable I live 6 minutes away and was excited a Domino?s was going to be nearby as I am a fan.Another red flag is the owner only replying to positive feedback instead of taking accountability and acknowledging the issuesat hand to at least give me some hope they can turn it around and fix the problems many are having. Delivery was late, pizza & crazy bread were cold I was given a free pizza coupon. Delivery driver basically threw my food at... me, and sped off out of my driveway. I?ll order from here again hopefully the customer service is better. Read more

Got here tonight for the first time and it was delish ???? They were super busy and they had my order done quick, all were super... nice. Everything was cooked good EXCEPT the cheese dipping sauce for the garlic twists, it was only ¼" thick and was hard andburnt to the bottom of the pan, was unusable/edible, But the Twists that came with it were perfect. I'm glad Domino's came to Delmont. We have ordered here a few times and I have to say their service was always fast and... friendly. Usually we order online and pick-up. We never had to wait and they were always on time. Their curb-side service isgreat! We particularly like their delicous sandwiches. Thanks so much for making a few nights easy for me when I just didn'tfeel like making a meal. Read more
