Never open?! Are you kidding me? Spent 15 minutes in the drive through waiting for someone to take my order last week. I?m a... patient man, but it?s 6pm on a Tuesday and they?re tometly closed. What a joke. Just close this location permanently at thispoint if your staff is that incompetent or management is that bad. Absolutely pathetic. Read more
I ordered a large fry and a big Mac to go. I checked the bag. I only had a large fry in the bag. We had to back up and get out... of the car and tell them and wait for them to give us the big Mac. It was dry and tasted old. By this time we were already downthe road. I don't recommend eating here. Read more
Went to the McDonald's Tuesday Nov 22 at 830 PM and had to wait 10 minutes to order while that manager chit chatted with a... co-worker. Manager just kept looking over like he was waiting for me to leave. When I finally got my order taken and received myfood my quarter pounder with cheese was completely raw and pink in the center. I wonder how many people get food poisoning aftergoing to this location? Read more
Had a big 60$ order placed for pick up i understand it was a late order 10:15 but imo if store is open the order should be made... im not one to complain i worked fast food for many years growing up and understand mistakes happen but this was un called forwhile waiting to drive up to window they shut all lights off in and outside except a small light near register also cars werestill behind me, when i got up to window they handed us the food abd said this is all we have as i went to look they asked couldyou pull forward and check so they can keep the line going which i understood when i checked i was missing 4 drinks, kids meal,all fries, 8 sanwiches, the sandwiches that i received were wrong big macs only had one burger the cheeseburgers were black aswell as the bun and nuggets were rock hard from being re fried i went to go back in line but they had allready closed so icalled next day and my order was to get replaced so few days later went to drive through to ask about replacenent order but b4 icould i was told sry we have no food and cannot serve anyone and they were turning all cars away why stay open then? Have notbeen back this was the worst resturaunt service i have ever experienced! Read more
The line moved quickly and they got my order correct. My phone had trouble connecting to apply any deals but the kids enjoyed... their happy meals and we were in our way. Read more
Sons of b@#$_+* did not give us everything we ordered. When I called to ask the manager questions (trying to stay calm) about... getting a refund he hung up on me. Then when I tried to call back no one picked up. Should of not gone but my children werehungry. Read more
Terrible, ordered via app, for pickup inside, i get there, no door is locked, yet it let me choose pickup inside, first fail,... then my order wrong, the insist on giving me cheese. I ordered 2 quarter pounders, NO CHEESE, and well both had cheese thereceipt right on the box says NO CHEESE, pics included. Read more
Tables were dirty, ordered sweet tea and they were empty containers then they filled the cups and not even sweet tea, building... was cold inside seemed to have no heat on, garbage cans were over flowing. Read more
