The ribs we received last night were way over cooked, dried out and had a black, thick, tough chewy bark. Prior to this it was... good experience but not last night. Ribs had cold spots. Pittsburgh BBQ is my go to food joint when I need either a great meal for myself and family, or when I have company from out of... town. My favorites are the brisket, pulled pork and the mac and cheese. The meat is moist, smokey and flavorful. I also lovethe collard greens, as they hard to find around Western PA. I buy their BBQ sauce to keep in the fridge for use at any time. Yes, it is that good. And finally, the staff is always so friendly and helpful! Read more

This used to be my favorite BarBQ place but this visit was very disappointing. My brisket sandwich was cold. The BBQ sauce was... watery and didn?t have much of a kick.
