The food was good and warm. The service was quick and the girl working was super polite. The store was clean and well kept. The... only thing that I found odd was that there was only one employee working. When what appeared to be a crack head walked in, 2other customers decided to eat in the restaurant rather than get their food to go just because it didn't seem right to justleave and let the one employee just deal with the crack head who was shouting on their phone and didn't even order anything. Service was good, but staff knowledge and ability was poor. Neither employee understand how to make a melt. I ordered 5 subs. ... 3 were done incorrectly. They left out the cheese. They toasted each one but the heat was so poor that cheese was softened, notmelted. Bun was still cool. Seems like employees were very inexperienced. Read more
So the store was still technically open I tried to come in for food right before the end of the day having yet to even have a... meal and was refused service. I work in the Service Industry, at no point when you are still in operating hours do you get torefuse a costumer service because you want to go home. If you don't want to serve people food get out of the Industry. The Ladyworking was very rude about it too, definitely in the wrong Industry. Read more
We came here last week approximately 2 hours before their scheduled closing time only to be informed that they were all cleaned... up and closing. Wrote it off and found one of your competitors that was open. Today we were going to try to come here again onlythis time I decided to call the store first The woman that answered the phone stated they would be open till 730pm. I arrivedat 645pm and as I walked in I was informed they were closed. I said to her that I thought you were open until 730. The womanrolled her eyes and said "okay I guess I can help you". I told her no thanks. So, once again, I am going to one of yourcompetitors. Moving forward I think I'll go there first. Doubtful we'll ever come back. Read more
Have passed this Subway many times to and from camp. We stopped for the first time on July 1st. The 2 ladies behind the counter... made my granddaughter feel special. I'll definitely stop again. Read more
Ok, I gave this place a second chance and went from one star to 5 stars. Luke accepted my coupon unlike my precious experience... here where they denied my coupon. . Luke was exceptional from beginning to end and I wish he could be cloned in the world ofcustomer service. Bathroom was clean and over all I hueb it an AAA+++ for cleanliness. I will be back again.
