Your doors are randomly locked for no reason. I standing outside for 15 mins, all your works just looked and me and my friends... trying to signal to them that your doors are locked, both of them. 0/5 stars, get your place back in order. Read more
I was here a few years ago and it was not good. Thought I'd try again and still no improvement. Went inside and most all tables... were dirty. We cleaned one so we could eat. I was the only one at the counter. All the workers seemed to be waiting on drive up.I waited patiently for awhile with no acknowledgement from staff even though several looked right at me. Then other customersstarted coming in. We had to ask to be waited on. Finally girl comes over. No greeting so I just told her what I wanted. Thekids meals were ok.. The double stack had wrong toppings but I ate it anyway. The cheeseburger deluxe bun was really hard anddry. You could actually knock on it. The large fries were tiny bits. And although food came out at a reasonable time and I tookit immediately to the table nothing was even warm except the chili. The Wendy's close to my home is always good. I won't everstop here again. stopped in this evening - lot's of employees. A family just got waited on right before us. One boy came out of bathroom and... another went in, the girl at the window was too busy feeding her face and playing on phone and another employee put a sandwichup and turned right around. This is as we are still standing here and not one person addressed us or even said someone will beright with you. very disappointing on the service these KIDS are providing. I was really leaning on a SCORE OF 2. I ordered baconator meal. The sandwich had ketchup on the outside of the burger on 2... corners and on the bun- that we even before I took a bite. Don't get me wrong I like plenty of sauce, not not on the outside.The sandwich itself was good, bacon nicely crisped.The fries were inedible they had an extreme amount of salt on them, evenafter I tried to rub some salt off. Did the drive thru this evening and placed a large order and the staff did an excellent job! All the food was hot and fresh! I... asked for a lot of ketchup for all the fries and they did not disappoint, they gave us probably 20 packs and we used them all.They were also very fast,, keep up the great work! Read more
Was never a big fan of Wendy's for some reason. For one, I don't like the buns they use. 2 the associates aren't the most... pleasant to deal with. Read more
