I had the cheeseburger with everything and french fries, was absolutely, hands down, the best meal I've had! I will be returning... again very soon! 1000% recommend, the atmosphere is great, and the service was very good, the waitresses are very polite andhelpful, and always asking if you need anything else, very great place to eat! I don't ever usually review or recommend placeslike this, but I was just so taken by the experience and want to share the place with others, if your thinking about going orlooking for a place to eat, this is the place to go! My uncle Dan owned the sandwich shop for several years before he died.. The recent string of owners have remodeled and updated... the building to give it a great old-time diner feel. The walls are decorated with photographs and paintings of local Carrollcounty history. Prices are still reasonable, and the food and portions are incredible. The sandwich shop is a must if you everfind yourself in Delphi. Read more

Great food, great service! We traveled an hour from west Indy for this place, definitely NOT disappointed, the food was awesome... and the staff & service was great! I had the hot & fresh 'Big Boy' burger with tater tots, it was delicious! My wife had the hot& fresh 'Breaded Tenderloin', I tried it and guess what..? It was delicious!, with some awesome onion rings. Great foodproportions & good pricing, I definitely recommend. We'll be back sooner than later. Read more

This little place is phenomenal. Been there a few times and have never left disappointed. The place is usually crowded. Again,... it's small and good. So, that'll do it. The service is always good. The fry portions are large. You don't need a full order forone person, unless you are very hungry and have some extra room. I've not had a bad sandwich there. The fried tenderloin isusually my go-to. The one I had on this trip may have been the best fried tenderloin I've ever had. Trust me. I've had a lot ofthem. I highly recommend this place unless your group is bigger than 5. Read more
