Nice easy to access location in Delphi. Parking right up front near the door to get in. Very clean and neat. Staff is very... friendly and welcoming. Standard selection of salads and sandwiches, but it how you dress it up that counts! My wife likes hersalads very ordinary and not very spiced up. I like my sandwich with almost all of the extras that I can fit onto a 6? sub. They take the time to heat your choice of sandwich if you want it toasted, and they always help me with the selection of sauceas a topping. Stopped today for lunch to go, as I started to enter sign on door no mask no service. Ok they have that right to do so. To me... it's simple, they don't care about those who choose not to wear a mask. I'll make sure that I will not return and spend my moneywith them again at Delphi. Update: their saving grace is their night staff. Their night staff is FANTASTIC and I love interacting with them. They also made... some of the best sandwiches I've had from subway. Employees acted as if me coming in and ordering sandwiches was a biginconvenience for them. I've worked food service. I understand they were hit hard at lunch, but you should give your customers agood experience, not ignore them and act passive aggressively. Customers were rude too. Don't seem to know how to make asandwich. Got all manner of hands in my food, gloves or not, because they didn't fold it with a knife so all my fillings fellout as I tried to eat, which sucks because they also didn't put napkins in the bag. Didn't mark any of my sandwiches but shovedand squished them all into the same bag. Also didn't even ask if I wanted my receipt, just crumpled it and threw it away, so Ihad to review here instead of maybe a survey. Also was so focused on wishing I wasn't there that they got my order wronganyways. Total waste of money. The only reason they got an extra star is that it was lunchtime and I'm holding out hope thatthey were just flustered and they aren't always that terrible. Read more
Had 5 stars, went down to 4. I understand the concept of gloves, I wish the staff did too. They put on gloves and then touch the... bread cabinet handles, the toaster handles, the cash register, the handles on the glass cover.... why even wear gloves? Likeplease, stop touching EVERYTHING with your gloves on. Other than that, I like this location. They never got an order wrong, theyalways put on plenty of condiments, and are usually pretty friendly. Read more
Ordered online. 4 sandwiches and all of them were wrong.the chicken bacon ranch was the worst. Bacon was raw, the cheese was all... clumped to one end. I love subway and I will still order from there. Just not Delphi Read more
