Fast food and friendly staff.
Out of 2 meals 1 had the drink & chips, but the veggies for the sandwich were on the wrong sandwich. The other meal i didn't get... a drink & i received a 6" when i ordered a 12". Read more
Employees are very rude. I had to repeat what I wanted three times. When girl asked what vegetables I wanted she put so many... onions and peppers on it had to have her take off half off. Then I had her put mayo on it and it was a ridiculous amount sheput on it. She didn't seem to care at all. Also apparently their is no dress code be there pants were riding so low you couldsee her stomach. Read more

Booooooo! Its strange that the new owners don't ensure their employees are following health codes. They don't wash their hands... after coming to the front to serve you. They slip their gloves on over dirty hands. After handling money, it's the same. Theyget very mad when you ask them to please wash hands first. I've gone in to hear employees laughing in the back and have no ideacustomers are in the store waiting for them. They like to leave the bread carts open while serving customers, allowing flies toenter and the bread to dry out. One guy that works there burns the meat and cheese on my sub in the toaster every time. Its onlybeen twice in reality but that's always a bad thing. The cheese was a brittle mass and the steak chewy from burn. I once saw anentire cart of burnt bread. I got a salad that day! No one I've been served by yet acts like they want to be there. I wouldn'tbe surprised if this shop closes but I wish it would be bought out by better owners who know how to manage a good shop properly.I imagine if they paid better, they'd get better workers. The last 3 times here I have ordered the cold cut combo with chips and a drink. The sign on the wall says $5.62 and I have been... charged $7.02 . They know it don’t charge the correct amount but they will not fix it. Very poor service. I just wonder howmany other people they are ripping off??? Read more
I use to give em 5 star...now they are 1..only because there is no zero! Horrible! Last couple months they mess up my order... every time!!! They offer no promo codes! You are better off going to lima! Don't waste your money here. Read more
