Went in after working out and me and my girlfriend were taking a minute to figure out what we wanted, because my girlfriend is... lactose intolerant. The staff were acting annoyed that we were in there at all, and continually asked us if we were readyseveral times in an annoyed tone. We ended up ordering drinks we didn't want just because we felt pressured to decide by thestaff, and my gf ended up with a drink that had lactose because they couldn't give us a few minutes to read the menu. The girl at the counter over charged me and added three ad ons to my order. If I didn?t check I would have been short changed.... They need more training or an adult staff assisting them. Read more

Management lacked professionalism and compassion for my nephew who was released from his position via text message in the... middle of his school day. No explanation was given and management has not returned his parents phone calls. I can't give youfeedback on their smoothies because I will never buy one from them. Read more

I waited a couple minutes before the girl who took my order came out.. she had the nerve to be rude and rush me as I was... looking at the menu.
