Love ordering a large fry but comes out half empty??
Just wanted to take a quick moment to leave a review. Last week I dined in your location for the first time ever. I have always... used the drive thru but I was with my daughter River and decided to go inside for lunch with her. Steve who was working thedining room floor was amazing! As a woman I go worked in restaurants before, it was nice to see someone who takes pride in theirwork and treated myself all of the other guests dining in with respect and with a smile. So refreshing! He just went above andbeyond? brought some crayons and placemat for my toddler and even refilled my drink before I left. He was sweeping the diningroom often, pre-busing, and just so cheerful with everyone. Steve really deserves some recognition! Ordered Chick-fil-A delivery this morning and I am not too happy! Delivery was fine and the driver was very kind. However, I... received a sandwich that I definitely will not eat. I ordered an SEC w/extra chz add bacon. What they delivered was a grilledchix breast on a dry wheat English muffin, egg white, bacon and no cheese. Tried to call the restaurant and can't get through soI was routed to some central customer service phone number where i got no resolution. I placed my order for a mobile inside pick up, but my mom who was driving us to good ol CFA pulled into the drive through. When... I asked if it were possible for them to change the pick up method they said no to pull around and park. How hard would it havebeen to take 15 steps pick up a bag of food that was ready for pick according to my app. I?ve worked in fast food drive throughchains and it?s a simple and easy fix. And no it wasn?t a busy time like it is most of the time.
