Employees are rude af and dont have a clue what they're doing. They had this poor new old woman workin the line and buildin... burritos while they just watched and were rude to her as she was messing up. It was cringe to watch them be so mean to her and afew customers. Read more

Really need to start investing in hairnets like food places used to do. I don't know why this new generation of food places... stopped that. People leaning over the food with long hair is not good. I understand that everyone deserves a chance, but thereis an older lady at the first stop (rice & beans) & she repeats the same question over & over and gives you a small pinch of thefood & keeps asking you "is that enough, is that enough". "which rice again". no wonder the line was moving extremely slow. Ido not know if she is fairly new or what. POOR FOOD QUALITY. I was served very old looking steak that was very dry and inedible to hard to chew. STORE WAS NOT CLEAN it... was very dirty and the food station was very dirty and all the items were mixed in together. This is not acceptable whenhandling food. Barbaco, I almost wish it weren't so good, then I could try the other delicious looking choices. We all have our burden to... carry. I have been eating at different chipotles across the country for over 10 years. I have been invited to sit down with management... a few times as they are testing the food at various locations. I have been in the restaurant business since the early 80's andunderstand food cost and portion controll. Yes with the economy the way it is and inflation. everyone's is cutting cornerstrying to make a buck or even to just keep their doors open. . . In the last year I have really noticed a Big difference inChipotles portion size. There was even a Big article which stated online orders are given much smaller scoops.Today when Iplaced my walk up order it was fast small scoops. A few cubes of chicken followed up by "1" extra piecs to try and make it looklike I was getting more. A few bites into my bowl and I had two small pieces of chicken left. The rest was all beans and ricewith a bit of salsa. . My other Go to in Florida place is Pollo Tropical which gives better a portion size at a cheaper $ price.After years of going to Chipotles. They had 3 customers in the line and in-between about 10 online orders. Which apparently was priority. Instead of having a... separate section to do their online orders like I've seen at other locations. BTW they were properly staffed with 2 veryrelaxed guys in the back. This place was great sometime back but this time the staff was off the chain with an attitude. I am not a fan of rice so I... always request light on the rice, that is when it went sideways half a bowl of rice (really). Can I get two sides of mediumsalsa only got one thrown in the bag.
