Worst Chipotle I have ever been to. Went at 5pm on a weeknight and more than half of the toppings were sold out. This included... corn, cheese, guac, and lettuce. The staff didn?t even bother to tell people on the line so you were stuck once you placed yourorder. The least they could have done is charge you half price for just protein, beans and rice. My husband and I were so excited when this location opened. This location has had so many different servers and it has been a... hit or miss. Lately mostly a miss and very disappointed with the portion size of the food. We have been ordering online becauseI like the quesadillas and I can only get it if I order online. I go 4-5 days a week here. Today they were out of chicken, so he thought he could give me the 2-3 pieces left 9n the bottom... (1/8th) normal portion and it without be okay. If you're craving Chipotle, I strongly recommend going to another location. Not here. I very, very rarely write a negative... review but I have to echo the negative comments here re: service and food quality. This location is a disgrace to Chipotle'sname: rude and poorly-trained service, overseen by a very hostile manager. They're also altering prices at the till withoutexplanation... something is off. Yes, there is a labor shortage, but there is no reason that a *manager* should be behaving thispoorly towards their customers. Went in to get a meal for my husband and I. I asked for a fountain water and they refused to give me a cup for water bc they had... no more ?water cups? which they could have done the right thing and gave me a ?soda? cup for my water. But they refused me waterand the rude women when asked her name said ?it?s chipotle? which I?m guessing she wouldn?t give it to me because I said I wouldjust write a review and she knew damn well how rude she was being. management should really start trying to hire some betteremployees with good customer service and not deny customers WATER!!.
