The service and food is horrible. I ordered twice in one day just to get the food we wanted because they didn?t deliver half of... the order. I order it again and now they say no milkshakes! But she said someone picked them up and then she refused to talk tome. Poor Uber driver.. he has to tell me she just walked away from the phone. I don?t blame Ubereats at all. I use them 4-5times a week. But i will never order food from this ihop again! So unprofessional. And we didn?t eat the good because wecouldn?t trust that they didnt do something to the food! ???????????????? Worst food experience ever! We soo never order fromthis ihop again. I place an online order at 9:35 , it say it would be ready by 9:56 . online it says they close at 11pm , so I get there and the... door is locked but I can see someone in in the back walking back and fourth , I knock even yell threw the crack in the door for15 minutes with no answer but I see her , she finally come and say their close , I say ma?am they took my money online so I?mguessing you guys open, if you guys close I I understand but don?t be listening to music while customers confused or closed theonline ordering if you guys closing early . It's a newer iHop. Basically moved from a couple miles north a few years ago. It is clean and well cared for. The staff is... pleasant and helpful. I have dined in and ordered take-out. The take out was prepared with attention. Dining in can be more hitor miss depending on how busy. It's not a matter of tastiness but more of a visual presentation. So you're looking to grab aquick meal. Give it a try. Read more
I have to wonder a) why I don't come here more often, and b) what could possibly have happened to lower the score of this... location. If you want a diner experience that is surprisingly memorable and not too fancy (i.e. expensive), give this IHOP achance. The Mexican Tres Leches pancakes are decadent. The Chicken Fajita omelette is marvelous. The staff followed pandemicprotocols properly. Recommended. Read more
Standard food, which is good if you like ihop. 3 stars because service was just bad. My friend and I got there and then had two... more people join after about 10-15 minutes. The server then did not come back for 15+ minutes. She walked by the member of thetable and did not acknowledge nor give them service. I love the food of this place and the taste is original. You can't stop eating. I frequently come to this place since it is... very well located, so access is very easy. I recommend going during flexible hours since the place is quite busy during thehours of greater audience. And the prices are quite good. Read more
I don't know how this place is still in business. The food was served cold and sweating grease, and the server was dismissive... and rude. I'd also like to add that I believe the serve is either borderline a bigot or flat out racist. We had a very goodinteraction with her, when she first took out order. But after she heard us speak Spanish in our own private conversations (wespoke english with her), it went downhill from there. I went here for the first time, and it will be my last. The place wasborderline empty when I walked in; there were maybe 4-6 other people, so at most like 3 other group dinning in. I ordered aclassic cheeseburger with bacon (with no onions, no pickles, no tomatoes) and pancakes for the side. My daughter had the samething, except with fries for her side. Which said "I'll have the same thing, except fries for my side." Well, when the food camewe got 2 burgers with extra onions and pickles. but no bacon; and my daughter didn't get her fires, the server brought herpancakes. When we told the server, we had to disassemble our burger to show her it didn't have bacon, and when my daughter toldher she ordered fires not pancakes, she gave an long heavy annoyed sigh and went to the kitchen. About 10 minutes later shebrought the bacon, and said the fries were coming. We waited 15 more minutes and nothing. We tried getting her attention 2-3times, but she completely ignored us, and purposely took a longer route to go back and from the kitchen to avoid us. At thatpoint my daughter just ate the cold pancakes. When she saw that, she immediately started walking the shorter route that requiredher to pass by us. Also at the end of the meal, my daughter had to ask her for another glass of water twice. Apparently askingfor water is too much for her because she sighed as if we were asking her to get water all the way from Niagara falls. Besideswalking into the place at all, my only regret is leave the server a $2 tip. She doesn't even deserve that. Read more
