I've given this place too many chances. There are some good service but mostly not. This was yet another time that I sat while... the service walked past me. And I walked out. It wasn't too busy but they were still people in the restaurant. And they hadplenty of staff. Most of the staff was behind the front counter giggling and having whatever conversations they were. On myway out I told the hostess why I was leaving. I must have interrupted her active phone use. It didn't really matter. Thereare too many of the locations into the other restaurants to waste my time with them ever again Read more

I had a Grand Slam breakfast here today and it was beyond disappointing. UGH!!! 1. Pancakes were tasteless (I don't have Covid)... and would crumble; you couldn't bring a piece to your mouth because it would fall into pieces while on the fork. 2. Sausagelinks tasted so horrible that I had to force it down in order to avoid spitting it on the plate, which would have been gross andwould likely make me stop eating from that plate immediately. 3. Two strips of bacon, one semi raw, the other crispy and very, very thin. Transparent thin! 4. One small slice of processed ham cut in half: chopped then compressed meat 5. Coffee, would youbelieve was the only thing almost good, but the brew has serious deficiencies. 6. Hash brown were under cooked, white, and theywere processed, as if they had been boiled, mashed then squeezed through a filter to shape. 7. Service was minimal: quick andwithout grace. 8. Then comes the bill: $16.24 I have been a patron of I-hop since before they had buckwheat pancakes, and thatis a long time ago. I know inflation and the pandemic have had their disastrous impact on the restaurant business but please,if you charge a high price for the food, serve good food! I left more than half on the plate. It?s a sad day when an international pancake house says they can?t afford real maple syrup. Had the lemon blueberry crepes... which were exceedingly sweet - seemed like a lot of icing sugar in that lemon cream?just saying - If you like sweet, this is theplace for you. Read more
